Right, chicken and veg broth/soup. Made on monday. Ok to eat today? Ive been a disaster with wasting food this week. The tuna and biryani are both being binned, plus probably this portion of soup.A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

I want to make the OH a diabetic low carb cheesecake. The recipe calls for "cream cheese". The only thing I have is soft cheese spread or Dairylea triangles. Is this the same thing? I have to mix it with jelly and it sounds revolting...

I know you can substitue plain flour for self raising, as long as you remember to add in the baking powder ect...
But can you substitute plain flour for strong bread flour, or even wholemeal or chappati flour ???
I have a recipe for courgette chocolate loaf that calls for 200g plain flour, which I dont have. I do have about 100g self raising flour, and wondered if I could make up the difference with bread or wholemeal flour, and had a little raising agent. Oh... and I wanted to double up the recipe as well... so that I could use up stuff that needs to be soon.
Thanks
