  • Nothing brought this week either, although I will be running out of cleanser and I have none in my "reserves" Does anyone have a recipe for make up remover/cleanser? I wear a lot of eyeliner & mascara so it needs to be quite gentle on the eyes.

  • Hi guys

This is going to be harder than I thought lol. Am saving loads of money but still craving crisps and chocolate, but haven't bought any for 4 days now.

Had to buy GHD heat protecting spray on Friday as I straighten and blow dry my hair almost daily and really needed it. Am pleased though as I haven't bought anything I already have and haven't bought anything else on my entire long list lol. 100 days seems like an awfully long time now ;o)

    Cheers

I've done quite well this weekend!! I had some chocolate today but that wasn't bought by me so it's all good! I think I'm going to stop eating chocolate completely though, I feel like I'm cheating almost! No magazines either, my boyfriend offered to buy me heat and more magazine to keep me quite on the long trip to ikea but I said no and stood firm. Nor any makeup! I'm so pleased with myself.

I'm going to try and stay away from clothes buying aswell, there isn't anything I need atm. Might need acouple pairs of thicker tights and gloves nearer winter but that's it. Plus I can treat myself to afew things in the christmas sale if I stay strong.

    Here's to another week!
  • I went ot Mr S earlier, it was quite some test but I stayed strong, even when I accidentally walked down the 'seasonal' aisle that was full of Chr***mas chocolates on BOTH sides. Thankfully when I walked down the aisle with cheese I only looked to the right where the butter was which I needed.

I almost convinced myself that I could buy really expensive olive oil and vinegar to dunk my homemade bread in but I walked back from frozen goods to put them back on the shelf.

And I had to pay by credit card :embarrassment: as I misjudged the month a bit, oh well, that's an extra £25 out of next month's pay before I have begun.

  • I don't envy those of you that are giving up tea....I love a good cuppa! I had to give up when I went on holiday to Fuertaventura last year - ended up with headaches and achey muscles! Suppose I replaced the tea with alcohol, lol.
  • No a good start yesterday! Went to a friends for a couple of games of poker and had two cans of coke! :o
I'm not going to see them until Nov 16th now and I only ever drink coke at theirs, so it's just a one off.
I did manage to turn down the offer of a 3rd can!!

Had no tea with my dinner, and nothing this morning, how am I supposed to wake up with no tea? :(
