I bought a box of quality streets on wednesday! But in all fairness they weren't for me, they were for the office and I've only had one. I was sorting through my cupboard yesterday and found 2 big bars of morrisons chocolate. Bought one to work for who ever wants it and saved the other for incase of emergencies; bad moods, heartbreaks, sad movies or gilmore girl weekend maratons.0

I am still doing well, yesterday morning I could have killed for crisps. thing is though is that we are still buying them for my daughters packed lunches and hubbies, and I know that they are in the kitchen. So far I have refrained. But bloody hell this is so hard.
Hope you are all doing very well xxx

There is absolutely no way I can do without chocolate!! you lot are hard as nails!
Having bought a big bottle of shampoo for 99p to tide me over, I've fallen off the wagon 9 days in- I bought a skirt for work from a charity shop- (5.99- Autograph from M and S, black velvet, beautiful cut, machine wash, I need it for work and it was worth it, kind of thing I will wear to death, but still).
Oh, and a pair of boots (I wanted the ones that were £85- but said a strict NO to myself!!) at bargain £23 for Office leather winter flat boots, again, for work.
I noticed that I bought both of the items directly after or before a very stressful time: booking the hall for my wedding (for which I've saved) and seeing my family (always hard).
I'm wondering how I can stop comfort spending, but at least I've reduced it to useful bargain items I really need that will last.
*sigh*
I will now start the 100 days again.
I am, however, rather pleased with the time and money I HAVE saved thus far and it has been a great relief almost to be making decisions like this. Gives me a control buzz almost bigger than shopping itself!
Has anyone else been falling off the wagon already?Creative idiot with a passion for spending

Hi everyone
Please could I join in as I worked out how much I spend on magazines and books. Ive passed this addiction to my kids as we got into a habit of buying a magazine when we did the weekly shop so All of us will stick to (enforced by me as I pay for them !)
