yategirl my friend who's a dietician has a soup night. She says it's really healthy, cos it kinda resets your brain back into good portion sizes for an evening meal, but still keeps you full up til the morning, as it has (blitzed soup) twice the evacuation time from the stomach, so your fuller for longer...

anyhow, good idea lass! I may join you, but acetate monkey won't!!!

    Doesn't work for me :(

Soup just makes me crave bread & butter, and I'm hungry after an hour (even without the bread)
  • hi weezl as for the eggs my local farmers market sells a dozen happy eggs for only £1 the market is on every 2nd saturday of the month if you visit caerphilly castle as well it would be a lovely day out for you all (especially if you get a cadw pass then the castle would be free to get into and you can take a picnic in as well )

    WHat's a 'happy egg', please?
