    3. Made a batch of fairy cakes for him to take to work too...... (cant just give him one or two cos the other 3 other people on the team complain if i dont send them homebaked goodies too :rotfl: )
    4. Found the book OH's workmate wanted to borrow on veg growing, ive already borrowed her ones. Were sharing knowledge and shes said she will exchange her spare veggies and access to her allotment next year for cakes as she cant bake apparently! So a fab deal i think!:D

Grin .... well hello there folks and of course having just read through the thread I've promptly forgotten it .. except:

Polkadot - don't freecycle your cakes, they're way too good ... I agree with the raffle / fete ideas ....

Diva - families ... hrmph ... and big hugs

So, let's talk "me" .. not, let's not, I can't remember what I've done either ;) But I do feel I've had a great day flying wise ... my DD has started school, she's loving it and I'm loving the 2 days "free" days ..... and even better DH has just told me he'll do the school run in the morning .. so no.1 on my list for the morning is ... SLEEP!!!

My only observation (so far) is that ... this flying lark is all well and good, but then once you start getting stuff straighter .. you start noticing stuff which is pickier ... hrmph, when oh when will my house be clean(ish).

Oh and Michelle - congrats on the "getting there" status .... I'm almost 5yrs in to parenthood and only this week, starting to think that there is not a blockage at the end of the tunnel.

My DD also has a party in 6wks ... I have the hall and the entertainer booked .. pity no-one is yet invited ....gah! What is the appropriate timing on that? Anyone, please!

I'll post my list tomorrow, I'm too scared currently ...

Went to my bed about 12ish last night but still couldn't drop straight off... Put Monsters Inc on coz that always cheers me up and was one of a big pile of videos/dvd's at the bottom of my bed at the moment ready to go on amazon/ebay - fell asleep in about 10 mins! :j :j :j

So up again at 5.30am but don't feel like I did yesterday, so don't think I will get as much done today... we'll see...

    Morning everyone.

    No flying for me today.

Got a phone call last night to see if I would do a sleep over shift today in a house I havent worked in before.

I have met the clients before and worked with one of them. They are very able ladies and will be helping me lol. Im just nervous about sleeping in a place I havent done it before.

I even dreamt about it except I was taking them abroad and had no clothes or passport lol.

So this morning Im having a quick fly round here.

Have a good day everyone and hugs for all. Catch you tomorrow.

    Good morning everyone

Anyone have any ideas what time I went to bed last night? I don't. And I'm up now:eek:  Im sure you've noticed Im a late to bed late out of bed person. My mum was like that. We'd wake up in the middle of the night to find her baking and sewing and re arranging furniture:)
I always swore she was mad and said I never wanted to be like that

I did the dishes last night (except the roasting pan as DF burned suet into it.So its been soaking in some vinegar) and so far my bed and the sofa bed are made. I also swept and mopped in the kitchen and the lounge before I went to bed. I've done some other stuff too but from today's list so I'll post that next.

Thank you for all your input last night, I never thought about it before like that. But on the plus side my SIL saw the pics on facebook and asked if I'd do one for her. She wants to take it to work for some or other function. That should put the word out-still waiting for the details.

I think DS was having nightmares last night:( He kept waking up crying, but didnt want anything.

Hope everyone feels better today from all the colds and other missers.
