We all know that not all blue badge holders deserve them, but that is no excuse for people without blue badges to think that they have the right to take up spaces reserved for those who need them, just because there are some people who abuse the blue badge system. Otherwise the only people who do suffer are those who really do need wider parking bays close to the store entrance.0
