Hi guys,
It's been a busy old day today. I had to wait in for my Ebay parcels (twice a year I order a bundle of clothes for each of the little darlings) they of course tried to deliver during the week whilst I was working  so had to phone and get them delivered this morning. We also had a Mr T's delivered this morning and then we set off to the market, we met up with one of my friends for coffee and then hit Morrisons for a couple of bits (lightbulb and half price curries).
We wandered around the market and they have a lovely chocolate stand which sells Thorntons mis-shapes, around 20 pieces for £1 (this really isn't the main reason that we go there
no, really!!!!) :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I also got a 2.5kg block of cheese for £12 from the butcher's van and a couple of really nice deep dishes for making lasagne at £1 each. :T :T :T
My sister then took the the two youngest kiddies for a walk with their dogs (the eldest scooted off to a birthday party) and I managed to hoover through and tidy.
Ater tea LO took himself off to the loo and suddenly he was screaming his head off. When I got up there he had somehow trapped his big toe when he closed the door and it had ripped half his toenail and it looked awful. I phoned my sis and bless her! she ran us all up to casualty where he got VIP treatment from the doc and nurses. The guy that took his details remembered him from his last visit 2 and a half years ago because of his name - or I should say names!!!! (that was Eric) and couldn't believe how big he was. He left suitably loaded down with stickers and pictures to colour in tomorrow and his toe has been steri-stripped and dressed and he has settled down well to sleep.
So I am now having a well earned lager or two, nothing is really done off my to do list this weekend, and I am happily watching an episode of Rebus I sky +'d a couple of weeks ago.
Beth and Jonnasmum - Glad to hear you have your other halves home, please give them each an extra gentle hug from me.
Kathy - I hope your headache settles overnight.
Candygirl - gentle hugs to you and your parents. I am glad the scan sent OK.
OrkneyStar - I hope you feel better tomorrow.
Mrs mix - belated happy birthday to you.
Pen-pin - I hope you are OK, I sympathise with how frustrated you must be with your helper, big gentle hugs to you.
Hugs of the gentlest kind for anyone else in need tonight.
Smoky. xxxxx
Edit, Haribo - I hope you and DD feel better soon. xxxxxIf you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape 100 days of sorrow.......Chinese proverb

Haribo's found out she's got a lot more friends since she's got her boat. :cheesy: Don't be sick for too long & I hope Miss Haribo has a good night.
Meher I just noticed it's been a while since Gingham's been on. I hope she's ok.
Smokey Ouch. Hope LO's toe doesn't hurt too much. Enjoy your lager.
Well bit overcast here today. I've got a bit to do as I'm out all tomorrow. There's nothing for DH to take for pack ups so some baking is in order. Sleep well. ByeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

Was a good girl and did a huge pile of mending this evening.
Had 2 X thermal t-shirts of my husbands. 2 X pairs of my trousers and 1 of husbands. 2 X fleeces of my husbands. Even mended the bag I got from the 99p shop. Sewed it up and it looks fine :j :j
Also put a new roof on my rabbits hutch took me 10 mins and had taken my husband and step son all afternoon mucking about making a frame that then did not fit. Cut back a few bushes and filled my green bin. And my brother cut the grass tonight for me. I did pay him. And one load of washing dried on the line today :j:j
My back and left hip are playing up a bit now  and I am still up and awake at gone midnight.
Yours
