Received my bill today and was charged for using freephone numbers on some days and not on others. I used to always making these calls for free part of my contract with these criminals. The women in customer services first told me that I have made these calls during peak hours and my contract is an off-peak one!! but after realising that I have been making these calls during peak time for the last 9 months without being charged she said that they were aware of a problem with customers being charged for using freephone numbers and that I'll be refunded on my next bill. A big bunch of liers and awful service. :mad:Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????0

I'm sorry, but if people can't make more constructive observations than to describe an international company as criminals, then it is about time this thread was reviewed.
As someone observed earlier, some people are in dispute with the company about a decision they do not like. This is not the same as poor customer service.
The correct method of dealing with a problem is to contact the company.0 -

Agreed.
I have locked this thread as it seems to be little more than a slag or praise Orange topic. It doesn't seem constructive and the Vent Board is not the correct place for a discussion over which network is better than another.Herman - MP for all!0
