The complaint is my business but if you can think of something good to say about this shambles of an organisation feel free to chip in!!
Ok, I had 12 months of grief with O2 but when I switched to Orange it was like a godsend. The staff were polite, helpful and acted on their promises. I've had callbacks, number ported from O2 without problems and better still I have better signal (living in Devon) and cheaper bills.

    I can't fault Orange's service.

Good to hear you have had a good level of customer service from this mobile phone company.

I am the complete opposite and have found Orange nothing but trouble and have to say that O2 has always excelled themselves when I have to call them. I find them very efficent and courteus and would highly recommend them.
  • I think its very much dependent on your own level of service you have recieved from the individual networks, Speaking as someone who has worked in customer service for 1 of the major networks for 5yrs, i would like to say that i have heard awful things from my customers about previous experiences they have had. This is across all networks. I have always given the very best customer services to ALL my customers as i have very high standards of this, but as with any job, We have limitations on how much we can do for customers, and I have been called every name under sun, On a few occasions, people have came and theatened to bomb the building - these are minor and im not saying that everyone would do this. but we cant create something out of nothing. Its more than our job is worth and i know that from personal experience. Everything has faults and that includes humans. yes sometimes we have a bad day, and sometimes yes that can carry over and create some negitivity when speking to customers - but a lot of the people who complain about customer services are just people who have been told no, and dont like it.

This is True :) However I have heard that some call centre workers get a little bit more than the minimum wage but no that much more - Not my idea of a job I have to say!!

Well I get quite a lot more then minnimum wage, and I'm terribly sorry that I can't live up to your job expectations.

  • Orange?

I wouldnt urinate on them if they were on fire.

They are currently blindly absolutely refusing to honour a signed contract (that I currently have in my hand!) for them to provide me 120 minutes, 30 texts for £15 a month.

Its signed. Both by me and Orange.

They're refusing to honour it, and completely refusing to give me my PAC code on grounds of breach of contract unless I pay the remaining 5 months of contract.

what more can i say? they are literally, criminals.

Sorry to hear of your difficulties with Orange!!

There a complete nightmare to deal. I bet you won't be signing another contract with them!
