Presumably if anybody dares to say anything good about the company, matrix will slag it off for the fourth time, without any example of what the complaint actually is.

The complaint is my business but if you can think of something good to say about this shambles of an organisation feel free to chip in!!

This thread isn't about anything yet, so why should I start it?

Write to their correspondance address shown on the bill, or speak to the Executive Office.

This thread is making the point that Orange has poor customer service, it states that at the start of the thread....

Already wrote to the correspondence dept and the e-mailed the executive office regarding my complaint.

The complaint is to do with a member of staff and also the fact that nobody takes responsibilty for your complaint/comment, they simply pass the buck!! The operators are rude, unhelpful and agressive and do nothing for you when you phone up, and then you end up phoning again and again trying to sort the problem out. To be honest i've not got time to mess about on the phone with these idiots and thats why i'm passing this information on to fellow MSE to be aware that this company is a nightmare to deal with. I'd get more sense talking to a chocolate teapot than the staff at Orange, there totally incompetent.
  • i do agree with all orange users about the comments on orange cs.They have no information on the minutes update, offpeak crossnetwork 3000 minutes and how the minute system works regarding the orange yp 200 +3000off peak system.I spoke one bloke and he confirmed from the orange cs manager that even if i call on weekends orange will deduct it from the first 200 peak minutes.but when i saw my bill they have deducted the minutes separately ,so my one month minutes gone waste.useless cs!

There customer service has went way down hill, there is no more i'll take responsibility for your complaint/concern/issue etc etc....

It is all pass the buck with promises of call backs that never happen and you the customer having to phone time and time again to have issues resolved.

    Hmmm, sounds familiar.

I rang with a query which the person couldn't answer. The team leader was busy, and called me back about 20 minutes later; we spoke for about half an hour.

On other occasions, people have individually promised to keep an eye on an issue, and called me a week later to check up on it, or given their extension number and shift pattern for the next few days.

Every time that they are asked to check the remarks recorded on the account from a previous conversation, I find that it is totally accurate, unlike 2 other companies that had no record - O2 and T-mobile.

I called the Executive Office about one matter which was resolved totally to my satisfaction, including a letter that said it would not occur in future.

No Orange member of staff has ever been rude, unhelpful or aggressive to me.

Perhaps that is because I have never described them as idiots, a nightmare, totally incompetent or as useful as a chocolate teapot - if those are your negotiating tactics, perhaps you might review them.

You are so lucky to have helpful Orange Customer Service staff assist with enquires on your account...I and many others seem to have missed the boat.

You say in the above post that I described them "as idiots, a nightmare, totally incompetent or as useful as a chocolate teapot". I have never actually stated that to them on the phone and i'm always polite but as a customer I do expect a level of service for the money that i'm paying and this just is not happening at Orange, hence I state on this forum that there idiots, a nightmare, totally incompetent or as useful as a chocolate teapot.

As with all companies there are going to be customers who get some kind of customer service, and others who do not for one reason or another the company has then failed the customer and he/she has the opportunity to advertise that fact to others hence again why I have started this thread to highlight that fact.

You of course could start a thread with your experiences of Orange!

Furthermore, the next time that someone asks questions about network coverage, perhaps you might give a viewpoint that is independent of your dispute with Orange..

    And your point is?
