I have had no acknowledgment from my email sent on Tuesday. Are we to all contact the TS in Doncaster or individually in our own area? I am going to write a formal letter of complaint at the weekend. Has anyone else heard anything from them in the last 24hours or do you think they are just going to try to ignore us all now?0

Well we phoned asda again yesterday evening told be told very rudely ( this is the 2nd rude person ) that it can take 48 hours for them to get back to us this is there policy - was not told that originally was told we would be called straight back.
won't be holding my breath while i wait for there call today and again will try them tonight.Still TryingGrocery challenge July 2016

Dear Customer
Thank you for your email. We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by the cancellation of your order. The item you ordered was incorrectly priced and in accordance with our terms and conditions was subsequently cancelled.
We are aware a small number of customers orders were fulfilled, due to how goods are picked and shipped from our warehouse. i.e. picked in batches relating to postcode area and surname. We were unable to stop deliveries for items which had already been dispatched to our courier, therefore any orders not shipped to our courier were cancelled.
Whilst we appreciate this may be a cause of frustration for you we hope you can understand that when the error was identified we acted as quickly as possible to inform customers. Kind regards

I also had the same reply, so contacted Consumer Direct.... basically she said you can argue the toss with Adsa, as they are wrong in what they have done but it all depends on their terms and conditions.... so basically they will probably find a way to get out of all this??0

I think the key is their claim that this is a misprice, which would be covered in their t&c's. However, my understanding is that the item was correctly priced, and they accepted a voucher code in part payment. I don't see how they can then change their minds about this part payment - but then I'm no lawyer.
Have emailed all correspondence to TS at doncaster for their opinion.0 -
I had the same reply too, i emailed back to explain that it wasn't a misprice and the voucher was not 'out of date' and i recieved.
Dear Customer
As per our previous email and as per our terms of sale Clause 8, we will not be fulfilling your order. Kind regards
