I've just had mine honoured - they are reinstating the order. Received a call back from a manager. There may be good news yet.....

how did you get it reinstated - did you call them or was it through email? - i have had no response to email and they were very rude on the phone quoting clause 8 - which relates to mis price not invalid voucher codes :mad:

have just spoken to asda - they said no orders have or will be reinstated, i said does this mean that someone claiming to have had their orders reinstated is lying - they said yes - i asked for their name but they wouldnt give it to me - what a cheek, are asda infact lying now!?

It would seem that most people who booked delivery for the first available date are getting their orders fulfilled, anyone else like me who booked a future date has been caught out.

They seem to think that clause 8 is their get out of jail card.

i ordered friday afternoon

was cancelled by email on the 15th(yesterday) same day they took money out!!! im mad as hell

im overdrawn with no tv now

i too had a delivery date booked for thurs as i wouldnt have been in today

I ordered Friday the first available delivery date was Tuesday i picked Tuesday and was suppose to be delivered today, they cancelled my order yesterday. I cannot understand why the some orders have been cancelled and others have not. I know one thing i will never set foot in an asda ever again. Terrible service and customer service staff who obviously lie:mad:

Just been onto Asda. It seems some postcodes have slipped through before they noticed and they are getting tv's. unfortunately mine is not one of them and they will definetely not be honouring the orders that have been cancelled.
They said they have been onto thei legal team and have been told thye do not have to honour the orders as it was a mistake.

I have also emailed but I'm not holding my breath, did hear that once Wallmart took over they aren't such a good company staff aren't allowed to mention Asda on forums
