and press the 'make an enquiry' tab

then select order cancellation from the subject drop down list and type your email. I just put the reference number in there aswell, because there is no space to do that.

Right peeps.

I've just spoken to TS press officer and he is appalled.
He told me because they had sent a confirmation email and had taken money out of our accounts they have broken TS laws.
He told me to contact them and explain they have formed a legally binding contract so thus is obliged to fulfil that contract.

i ordered one of these tv's sunday night, used the -£30 code and have had it delivered just over an hour ago-then i came back to this thread and realised that most people got cancellation emails

here is a copy of my email:
(NB: this is the only email i received from them after ordering)

Cheers for posting the email... I think they have only cancelled the ones ordered on the Daily Deal, ones afterwards seemed to have slipped the net!

Well, mine has been delivered (it's huge and heavy, btw!) and I ordered yesterday (mon). Can't see how or why they've let some go through and cancelled others- that stinks!

BUT- my bank isn't showing any money being taken from them yet, so I'm wondering if they'll charge me full price??????? Surely they can't, because the email and screen shotts I have all say the £30 disc has been applied, so I haven't given them any authority to charge me for more than £40??

Will wait and see I guess??.........
