  • Hmmm well thats the woman at customer services lying to me as she told me all orders has been cancelled everybody who ordered will get a refund,told her if code was invalid then why was it excepted..... she couldnt give me a answer, told her i think asda should honour the sale but to no avail.

  • I'm wondering if they cancelled the friday orders because they were the deal of the day, by the way mine was cancelled as well, if it's still on there I might give it another try.

  • Can they really cancel orders and then let some orders go through?? Surely if its invalid on one its invalid on them all??? Surely they cant get away with this but I bet they do

  • Just recieved my tv. paid price £39.68. no problems. delivery man said he had loads of these on his van today! ordered mine on saturday. Have had cash back validated through quidco too.

    got the dreaded cancellation email from Asda this morning :mad: :mad: :mad:

    Same here, they shouldn't honour some but not others though, customer services not very helpful at all.

  • If they are delivering orders placed on Saturday how can they justify not delivering orders placed the day before on Friday ?????????? :confused:

  • Right, no response yet. Every one get their own emails in, IMO better than phone calls because their response is set in stone for us all to read;). If we all have a different slant on our complaints, hopefully they will not be able to provide a blanket response and they will trip up somewhere. I am confident they are looking at my email now trying to find an excuse not to honour it. What I am hoping is that they will honour someones and we can use that to fight our case.

    I am definitely up for Trading Standards malarkey, anyone have knowledge of them, or where to contact? The only problem is the longer we leave it the harder it will get. As soon as we have some responses to our complaints posted on here the more ammunition we will have. I am determined now, they have annoyed me!

  • I am def up for it, I am sure they cant legally do this. Who did you email please can you post their email address and I will send mine off now. Spoke to lawyer friend again who said trading standards would be even more interested with the fact they have honoured some but not all..
