surely if the total has been paid by us..that they cannot just take more money from our accounts

i've just phoned them and my order is going through ok. it is £2.00 not 1p though as it states in the terms and conditions that the free postage cant be used in conjuction with other offers (personalised book for 1p counts!)

i managed to order 3 at £2.00 though, i thought they might get funny. so i used my address addressed to me with my email address. then my partners name sent to his mum and under his email and the 3rd one addressed to my son going to my mums address with her email address. i thought they might get funny about more than one book going to one address / email account. i THINK i out smarted their computers though :j - i always do this for "one per household / customer" offers. they dont seem to notice and i still get 3 of whatever it is they are offering. just means my mum and mother in law cant order one - so i do check with them first!!!

I ordered 2 on the 13th, well I ordered one & my Dad did the same so my girls can have one each. I emailed them to confirm part of the order as I wasn't sure it was correct on the email but had no reply so far - how long does it take for replies to come through please?

when i phoned they said they had such a HUGE response and hundreds of people using the free postage code when they arent allowed to that the emails are taking ages to go out. especially with the amount of people cancelling full or part orders. you should recieve an email shortly. if your worried phone them!!

I ordered the first day I saw this and ordered 2 x 1p books and a £1 item and used free p&p code.

I've had no confirmation email or anything?? I emailed them the day after but no response so have no idea what they're doing with my order but will hang on until they contact me as im probably one of the ones who's price will be more..

Well I have not recieved email but have noticed tehy have taken payment of £8.76...........I ordered one book at 1p a picture that was £7 picture frames at £1 I think and free postage. Not sure where the other .75p came from but not to worried.

Will have to keep an eye out now for the parcel.

I've had the above email from them saying that i would be charges postage and full price for one book. I had to let them know by friday if i wanted to proceed so mine has cost me £11.99 for 2 x books, 1 magnetic frame set and postage.

Not the bargain i first thought but live and learn with these deals. I won't do it again but it's still a low cost as I saw them for £6.99 plus p&p somewhere else yesterday.

i might have the wrong idea here but then surely if you are not subscribed to their email/didn't receive an email then they dont have a leg to stand on as all the proof of the terms they seem to suggest came off the email

that should also go for the postage too, it says something about being mentioned in the email so i presume they mean you cant use more than one offer together but this wasn't on the website originally was it so i'd think you are more than entitled to your order as originally advertised by them if you ordered it before they updated their site??

i hate companies like this who make stupid offers with no intention of fulfilling them. i would never use this company now despite how good their product, nothing worse than being messed around
