i did the same jane and i had to ring them to cancel order this morning
lady did say everyone who ordered more than 1 book will be getting an email but may take time as based in oz

Third attempt to post this so real brief overview - called & ended up cancelling 2 of 3 books placd pre website amendment & 3 other items but over £ 6 of goods cancelled = just over £1 less total overall?

Had to call back and was told p&p had been charged, must be something to do with the goods I had cancelled even though I had a free p&p code! Said it couldn't have been & then told to send my confirm email to web dept as this was placed on the net & they 'may' refund it!

Wasn't happy with this, a supervisor was spoken to and told £ 4.99 for my goods was the standard charge & they couldn't amend this - only the web dept who 'may' refund it.

Completely had enough by this point so cancelled the entire order as I don't have time for this hassle and am not going to pay for something else that wasn't on my original order and will put this down to if it seems too good to be true... (imo).

I just wanted to forewarn you that if you have amended part of your order just make sure you haven't lost your free p&p too as I can't understand how those employees at the end of the phoneline number can cancel items off a web order & give a revised price but cannot resolve this issue as the order was placed on the web ...................

For our customers that expect free Postage and Handling, you will not be receiving this as per the terms of our initial email offer. Therefore Postage and Handling is being charged on your order.

For our customers that purchased more than one book, all subsequent books will be charged at the FULL rate.

Oh, er! When did you order Colette?
I ordered Saturday (13th.)
After reading the posts on here, I thought I'd play safe and just order 1 book, (mentioned grand-daughter's little brother as number 1 friend tho'!) I did use the free P&P code, so my invoice/confirmation email is for 1p.
Haven't had an email like yours. Wondering whether this is because I only ordered 1? Wondering whether P&P will be added now? Will sit tight & await developments.
Ah well, still a bargain I suppose!

I ordered 2 books @ 1p each but i paid £1.99 p & p. Havent had an email yet. Ordered on the 11th.
