Identity direct xmas book for 1p!

I ordered over an hour ago and havent had confirmation!!

Anyone had a problem placing the order because the site won't accept their telephone number? I tried inputting a mobile and then a landline but it just keeps coming up with 'Please input telephone number including area code'. My area code is 5 digits and there is only space for 4 in the brackets which come up automatically. I have tried different ways of inputting including omitting the 1 which was added to the area code in recent years and by making international (not enough numbers). Now I am stuck and it won't let the order go through. Might try phoning them tomorrow.

I've still not had any confirmation email and ordered two nights ago.. not sure what to do as i've already emailed them. Maybe they will email everyone tomorrow about the second book and the charges.

Ordered 1p book with free delivery code. I took a screen shot of the order page just incase they try to charge me more than it says.

My hubby also did the same as they are limited to one per customer.

Got confirmation email for 1p book with free delivery!!

Thanks for this, great stocking fillers.

It did say at the end of the transaction it would take up to 21 days and they'd email confirmation over the next week so i'm not worried.

Good idea, i usually do this when paying bills, didn't think to do it for this.

I had this problem if I went through Firefox - went through Explorer instead and it worked fine.

Did that weird thing when I put my phone number in (yesterday,) too.
I just carried on punching in the digits and ignored the silly game it was playing with the brackets.
Let me order my book for 1p and I used the P&P discount code replacing the one in the bottom left hand corner. Had a confirmation email (1p!!!) so look forward to reading grand-daughter her very own Christmas book.

put in 0000000000 as your phone number. i had to do that & it eventually accepted it. It was with firefox as well.
