    This would be akin to entering a shop buying something the casheir says that will be £2 please you hand over your card and cashier changes amount to £4 and doesnt tell you till they hand over your goods and receipt :confused:

    I think they only enter into a 'contract' when the actually take the money.
    Can't see it in the T&C's either.

  • Surely they cant take more money from your account than you authorised in checkout?

    I ordered one for my toddler, then decided at the last minute to add one for the new baby as well, even though she's only a few weeks old (kind of wish I'd just ordered the one now though!). Won't cancel the order as it's still a good price, just not the amazing bargain I first thought.
  • just order mine. 1 book as stated and few extra, £1.99 postage.
    Many thanks, always want to order a poem and vinyl labels for my son.

    I told the man on the phone I had not had a confirmation email and he said it was because the order had been put 'on hold' :confused:

    I phoned as I couldn't fine the email addy.
