Interesting....does it connect to your on-line banking too? (if so, does it do FD and ING?)

Sorry, I know it's off topic - so flame me if you must!!

How much notice did you give them before you said you would start court proceedings?

Hi thanks for that - there is a list, but it seems to be just American banks.

I am downloading the trial now to find out.

Can you do 'time-line' type things - so you can see when things are due to come out of your account etc...?

This, I promise will be the last question about M$ Money.

    RE: 5k limit.

Not nessicarily - you can ask the judge to hear the case in the small claims court - even though it is over 5k - the case is very straight forward and he may well agree.

However, a better way, IMHO, would be to put a claim in for bounced DD's - then one for over OD limit fees, then another for SO fees.

If they have different wording on your statements, then you could reasonably be expected to see them as seperate offences.

    Good point and worth trying.

Excellent - thanks for the info.

If you would be so kind - could you post it in the BAG forum - I'd like Bankfodder to see it too.
