the programm you want is microsoft money. i bought mine out of whsmiths for £14.99 a month ago and well worth the investment.

Interesting....does it connect to your on-line banking too? (if so, does it do FD and ING?)

Well,been a week and a half and not a squeak out of Smile since I sent the letter,sent me a letter saying someone would be in touch and nothing,should I go straight with the court summons or wait a couple of days for a reply?

It does do online banking, if you mean the banks ing and fd, i don't know i think there is a list of the accounts on the website!

Hi thanks for that - there is a list, but it seems to be just American banks.

I am downloading the trial now to find out.

Can you do 'time-line' type things - so you can see when things are due to come out of your account etc...?

This, I promise will be the last question about M$ Money.

However, a better way, IMHO, would be to put a claim in for bounced DD's - then one for over OD limit fees, then another for SO fees.

If they have different wording on your statements, then you could reasonably be expected to see them as seperate offences.

yes u can do loads even forcast when u will out of debt,
