    Hi folks

    Thanks for all the advice and help. I managed to get ALL my bank charges back including interest. Please note - anyone with a timesaver account with the B&B thier system is FULLY AUTOMATED and connot justify thier charges.

    Took me a while to push them and threatened them with legal action. however they paid the agreed amount in my account the next day and i went out on a shopping spree
