    How can it be my behaviour and me being overcritical:confused: I have put up with lots of unprofessional behaviour and let it slip, but stealing time from me, bringing babies to work, not doing the jobs I have asked and telling me that they have IS pushing it! People wouldnt behave like this if they were at a normal job enviroment, so why here? I depend on their help and they are aware of this.
