I have had to do a lot of returns and have put my credits through online, filled out the forms and stuck the barcode on the box etc. I need to make payment for my last order and would like to pay what I owe, less the value of the credits. How do I find out the value of the credits as I can't find it anywhere and my account is showing No Credits Pending?
I don't want to over pay but I don't want to under pay either!0 -

Can't remember exactly where it is now but at some part of the credit claiming process it does quantify your credit for you. Once submitted, however, I never found how to get back there (or maybe it's not possible). Only other way I can think of is to revert to your invoices and work out the nett charge to you of all the products you're returning. In some cases you will have been charged different prices for the same product i.e. if something was on special offer, so not an 'exact science' as it depends which price you choose on each item (if you had a choice). Hope that makes sense. If not, just ring Avon customer services and they should be able to tell you how much the credit is on your account. Don't know why but the website seems to take longer to register credits.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

niknax - to get the samples with the bag, you need to order the New reps starter kit which is the reps bag and samples. If you just order the reps bag from HT, you don't get the samples
You will have received a separate flyer when you signed up which shows the different offers available to new reps
In your position, I would return the bag you bought, and reorder using the new reps code, then you will be sent the samples too
The samples you get are (from memory) a range of skincare, fragrance, shampoo/conditioner and lipsticks. You will receive the samples again if you hit MOV or HOV in your 1st 2 campaigns, but I think you can never have enough sammples. Wrap a few up in nice tissue paper, and hand them out with orders, or as free gifts if you do parties.
/xmas fayres. Go to www.avery.co.uk and order their free labels sample pack, and print the labels up with your contact details, then stick a label to each sample pack. You could always leave one with Receptionists as an incentive for them to pass your book around if you go into businesses, or you could just leave a couple in cafes etc for people to help themselves. Then they know who to contact if they want a brochure, or to order a full size product they have had a sample of0 -
Welcome Sams Mum - don't worry, it all seems a bit overwhelming and complicated at first and you have plenty of help and advice on hand on here. If you'd like to PM me I have some tips and templates I can send you. My largest drop is around 50 brochures and I've worked my brochures drops so that they get smaller as I go on (the last of 4 is around 15) - that accounts for lost books.
Hi,
May I have a copy of your templates - Im starting avon on wednesday! Yikes!!! All money to go into my wedding fund!!0 -
