If you've put a credit onto your account, how long does it take to show? Under 'order tracking' it shows a returns form as 'stored' but under my account I still owe them the full amount and no credits are showing?

.................and pets love playing in them too! I also re-use some of mine for storage

Glad it isn't just my cat thats strange lol - he adores delivery day, you should see the look on his face, its like he's in love pmsl! Only problem is, I keep peoples orders in them bagged up from the Monday till the Friday when I deliver....trying to keep him out of the boxes is fun! Though he finds it a little more difficult with these new boxes!

It's hard to say how long it takes for them to be processed - but by the end of your current campaign the amount will be credited, so if you underpay your balance by that amount, once you have swapped onto the next campaign it will be at zero.

Are you moving far??? If you aren't moving too far, then you could keep those customers you get - if not and you are getting new territory - then I'd suggest passing a list of your customers onto whoever takes over that territory to help them out, via whoever signed you up x

my 1yr old loves playing with the boxes, keeps him busy while mummy is playing with the important boxes...hes at the stage where he likes putting things in other things so i found 2 boxes which he has filled with things like toys, remotes, phones, shoes...lovely presents for mummy to sort out:rolleyes:

i have to keep the orders high up or customers will end up with allsorts in their bags!

anyway...this saturday is my pick up day. wed was my last one but about 15 people didnt leave them out...yellow slips for you naughties!;)
however i did make about 130 from the 4 orders i DID manage to get and 3 of them were from customers who havent ordered before. (who i was about to give up on but thought i better wait till after xmas (luckily))

2 of them hadnt ordered their 'free' gifts for spending x amount or their free gift bags etc so ive done that and hopefully they will be grateful for honesty. plus if they dont want them i can have them pahahaha

managed to drop to 7 or 8 new houses that were unnoccupied before or newly moved in so i thought id leave them for a while so fingers crossed someone is interested:j

so this campaign im on an ok level...ill just be happy for the weather to hold out

  • Hi everyone, I am new to the forum. Has anyone seen C1 brochure? the front cover looks great! I hope customers will have money left over from christmas in order to be products in C1 It looks like there are loads of bargins!

Am not to sure about C18 christmas addition, as there are a lot of products on 'Last chance to buy' My customers rely on these products!... but then again there are a load of offers on. Guess I just have to wait and see.

How do I add my info about sales per campagin and smile icons in with my relpy?
  • Hey everyone, need some advice. A customer bought the new reverstalist (sp?) in C16 - the one with it on the cover? After I'd put a sample in her cat. So, thinking I was clever I got it from C15 with the bonus and only £18. I have now just seen that in C16 it's £20 with the Anew bonus - so do I:
    1) Charge her £18
    2) Come clean and charge £18 with her bonus from C15
    3) Charge £20 with the other bonus?
I feel guilty I think number 2 is best...
