I know I always fear the worst at the start of each campaign, but C17 is looking to be disastrous at this stage
Collected my first but biggest brochure drop (around 45) this morning and only had 3 orders totalling just over £36. Hopefully it will pick up later on. I can't believe it won't, as I would expect to easily top £500 for both 17 & 18.

I do from hairdressers, fish and chips shop, boots the chemist, the baby group, etc.

Sorry I know I have already asked about returns but have got a little confused! What bar code is it I have to put on the box? Is it the one which comes with all the paper work for your order which is just on a sheet of paper with nothing else? Also my printer has decided to die on me so I cannot print my returns form, could I just write one out from my returns book instead?
Got my delivery tomorrow and it tends to be before 8am so need to get organised. I only have a week to get my books out and back in this campaign as I am off to Prague for a wedding in two weeks time and arrive back on order day so going to be a bit rushed!!
Thanks in advanced

With all your invoice paperwork, you will find a sheet that contains about 3 returns labels. You need to write the last 4 digits of the sequence number of the returns label (it is printed directly under the bar code) on your returns form, put one copy of the returns form in the box, and tape the returns label to the front of the box. The driver will sign the 2nd copy of the returns form and you keep this for backup should there be any queries0
