this campaign has been the best for me too, over £400 in orders so happy, just sorted out brochures and going to do my order forms tonight. my mum printed me off labels from her work with my details on so i only have to peel and stick. thanks for the idea about letting customers know how many campaigns are left until x-mas got some post it notes to write out hopefully will get another couple of good orders in before then. also can anyone tell me if i can still sell on the absynthe moneymakers in campaign 17? as i have a couple left and cant remember when they have to be sent back so i dont get charged. any help appreciated thanks,

Just knocked on a customer's door for her order, she said she hadn't wrote it down yet but was holding the old book and said is this it? I said no mine's green on the front...
I'm a new rep been assigned to that street, but seems someone else is doing it! However this woman has seen my face now so will hopefully give me the order.
In the same street I knocked on another door and she said her daughter has it but will post it through my door and asked if my address was on the sheet, I said yes and said what it was. Fingers crossed that comes back to me!

Both these women asked me to drop the book off next time as they didn't order from me for C16.
  • Got my first & only order this camp - £28 whilst its good, im still slightly dishartened lol

Just added up all my C16 orders and it came to £698:D Then one of my best customers texted me to say she had an order, from 3 people, totalling over £100 and she hoped it wasn't too much for me.. I said not to worry, it would be fine :rotfl:

So that takes my orders to over £800 - and I have now orders for all my 6 In bloom moneymakers, I hope the Absynthe will do just as well. And I still need to get the orders off a few regulars, order date is Friday

Thanks neffy - much appreciated!
The extra cash will come in handy.....

I've got a couple more questions if nobody minds....

    1) One of my customers ordered one each of the 'chic' body sprays for c16, at 99p each. Unfortunately she put the wrong code on her order form (she used the full price code, not the offer price code) and I didn't realise. I've jsut checked my invoice and i have been charged £2.59 for each body spray (£3.50 full price, less commission), but only charged her 99p for each. So it has cost me £7.77 and I only recieved £2.97.

Obviously i'm not going to go back and ask her for any extra money, but is there anything I can do about it with avon in terms of returns etc? The customer has the body sprays so i can't send them back.

    2) One of my customers has placed an order for perfumes from c17:

    1 x far away 50ml
    1 x far away 30ml
    2 x far away dreams 50ml.

She has put the full prices of each perfume on the order form and the total she has written in is £42.

However, there is an offer on perfume (buy one, get one for £1) which she obviously hasn't seen. To be honest, i didn't see it straight away - i was checking in c16 to see if they were cheaper in there.

The question is, do I leave the prices as she has written them (£42 total), or tell her about the offer (£26 total)? It seems mean not to tell her.

    Any advice much appreciated!

    Hi :o

For problem 1 ... Do you backorder from brochures too? If so then (as long as you're ordering 3+ items from C16) I would credit the 3 sprays you have ordered and backorder the 3 x 99p ones with your C17 order. Then when you receive these send them as your returns, if that makes sense?

And yes, I would tell your customer about the offer - I've done this a few times and find customers appreciate my honesty and keep spending :D xx

my SL asked for street names a week or so ago so she could sign someone up nearby. my area is unfinished and most roads are blocked off halfway with building gates etc and no street signs. i explained this and gave her the names. i also told her there are little bits coming off the MAIN street which are unfinished. (they arent even proper turnings its kind of a bendy bit of road etc)

since then i got an order from one of the 'side bits' (there are only two houses on that bit and the other house wasnt interested) and found out it is indeed a different street name to the main bit. delivered, big order, LOVELY people.

ANYWAY...this morning my driver asked if i had heard of 'xxxx' street....i said i had heard of it but couldnt think why i knew it...racked my brains after he left...its only that little bit of street!!!! argh! so that must be the other house on the street and that must be the rep my SL signed up!!! will she steal my customers as they are on her doorstep??

also..a demo product or two were missing in my order. do i ask for a replacement the same way as i would with a normal order? or is it different as its from ht?

    Hi guys
In brochure 16 on about page 39 there is a 2 in one eyeshadow and eyeliner pencil. On the description it says use with our sharpner but neither me or the customer can find it!
    Thanks in advance
