Jemtom this is what I did too. At it was my first time doing territory, I put a note on each book asking them to tick if they no longer wished to receive the book. I t helped knowing not to leave books at these addresses, more books for people that wanted to look. I don't do it anymore but find if people are no longer interested they leave me a note to say so.

Hi Jemton and Aureol the post it note thing is a good idea i might give it a go next camp because i would rather give the books out to people who might order something rather than people who are not interested. Also i have to collect my books tonight what do i do if they are not on the step not sure if im ready for knocking on doors yet but i only have 30 books and have got 220 houses left to deliver to. Dont think I will manage them all this camp though but im going to try and get as many done as possible.

Hi Sheena, do you have the yellow, I called, cards?

The ones where you can tick boxes to say you called to collect their book or deliver their order? If so, fill this in and put through their letter box.

If not do you have time to make up your own little, I called to collect the Avon book and your order, could you please leave out tomorrow, put date, for me as I will collect then.

Hi guys
One of my customers today asked me to add onto her order 3 of the eyeliners that are available for 99p, I happily agreed and got home to realise I cannot find them anywhere in the brochure! They come in 3 colours, black, grey and blue (product numbers 26492, 26294 and 26302). Please help me find them! (Brochure 17).

Also, for the Digital Photo Frame on offer for £20 if you spend £20 or more, if one customer wanted 2, could I add another to an order which also totals more than £20 providing they didnt want one themselves?

No I dont have the yellow I called cards where do you get then from I looked on the avon website but cant find anything on there, I will just make some myself for todays collection but would like the proper cards if I can get them.

Well i've been given yet more new territory today, to make up for being given someone elses. Once the delivery comes for the this order I have to give up the customers I had and tell them that the other rep will be doing them in future

at least there one good point and that is that my territory is a bit more local to me now.

I'm going to hit it tonight in a bid to get a massive order in this camp.

You dont have to give them up at all, just make them friends and family :j

um ok guys I need some help.

I will have over £400 in orders by order day on friday but my credit limit is only £350. Will my order be released to me or will I have to pay some upfront? I cant afford to pay much upfront if that is the case

Hi Nixnax

If you order if for £400.00 your comission will be 25% so really you will only be paying avon £300.00 so if your credit limit is £350.00 you should be ok because you will only owe £300.00 hope i have explained properly this is what my asm told me.
