The Glimmersticks are on p146 of C17. There should be no limit to how many you can order as it is 1 per product bought.

As to the digital photo frame, as long as you have a £20 'collective' spend in the appropriate section that should be fine. Remember, Avon don't know who has bought what!

Yes, but if she wanted to send two photo frames back, there might be a problem as you might have to send all the combinations back IYSWIM!
