Does your SL use the sale books at all, then? - I suppose they could be useful for recanvassing?
no she doesn't. She offers them to me as I told her I use them. Recanvassing... my SL doesn't need to...:rotfl: she is fab at her job.... really doing well as both SL and her own territory.0 -
Aw, can just imagine disappointment when DS finds the park isn't part of the plan!!
Must tootle off now and get those books prepped - takes a while as I always try and put order forms in pages where I think each individual customer might see something to tempt them IYSWIM, and often circle offers in pen as I think appropriate......RIP Marmaduke 04.02.11, MIsty 09.06.12 and Rufus 19.7.24 very, very sadly missed xxx

thanks for your help again aureol, i was having a mild panice, had such a big order to put in and then realized i couldnt find my HT. its all done now, until friday, when i get the order. just wondering do any of you give out the next campaigns brochure before you give orders out? for example, i have campaign 16 orders coming on friday to sort and deliver at weekend, should i give out campaign 17 brochures this week and collect when i take the orders at the weekend?0

Does anybody have the code and price for the 4 in 1 nail buffer from brochure 16? I think it might have been in the sale brochure. I'd like to back order if its cheaper than the £2.50 it is is c17, as one customer has ordered 5 of them!
Thanks for any help....

aww you are very welcome jemtom.
I do this all the time. Once the order has been placed, I get all the order forms and calculate how much I am owed. I then write a short note telling each customer what their total is, when I expect delivery and to contact me for the best time to deliver telling them what days I am delivering. At the same time I prep the next book and put it with their order and post through their door. I also make a list of all my regular customers that haven't ordered and drop a book through their door too.
It works for me, apart from 2 customers who regularly leave it till the last minute to order, everyone else either has the order ready when I deliver their order, or has had a chance to look at the book and say they don't want to order this time.0 -
Well done Sheena. Hope these are the first of some big orders. x0

well i had a good order this time whoop whoop! Decided to get some books out of the way as it was a nice day today. put one through someones door and 2 seconds later she opened the door and threw it out! my OH went back and got it and even he commented on how unnescessarily (sp) aggressive she was.
then...dont know if anyone remembers but i had a customer who ordered £60+ but needed me to hold her order as she was unable to get money till.... and had to go somewhere due to family issues etc. i hadnt heard from her and kept trying to contact her so i gave up....
well its my 2nd delivery since the one her order came in tomo so im sending it back.
its all credited and boxed up..she decided to text tonight and say she still wanted it and would give me the money on saturday!!! bit late!!! lol
so ive told her (nicely) that she will have to re-order it from the new book as i had to send hers back earlier this week as avon said they wouldnt send my new order if i didnt send it back.
to be honest i dont believe she would pay for it on saturday and im not NOT sending it back to avon for a third time. (besides i sold some of it on after i tried contacting her and sent her a message saying ill have to send it back if i havent heard by (whenever). so...will see what happens this time round!camp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211
