I think I'll have to remind my customers that I'll only have so many campaigns before Christmas, then perhaps they'll order a bit more.........

See I don't. Because my DS is normally in bed by 7pm, I tell my customers I deliver during day upto 6pm but then it is rush to get him home, dinner and bath or at weekends during day. Not comfortable walking around at night with deliveries, etc, and even if I altered my route, etc, it is the thought of someone following me..

17 and 18 is big push campaigns for me.

I always hand out sale/clearance books with the main brochure - wonder whether or ot this is the best way to do it? I hadn't ever really thought about that before - not in 10+ years............

see my SL doesn't. She says we don't make much money on the stuff in there. But I have a customer who is on a tight budget and she is buying her xmas presents from there, especially bath roses but is then also buying more expensive stuff from main book. So where she can save money on things like bath roses, she can spend a little more on more luxurious items.

For me it works - for others it may not. It depends on your clients and the area you live in.

I don't have much choice, as all but one or two of my customers aren't in until the evening.
I am lucky in that OH will come out with me, or sometimes even go out for me!!

Cant find them in C17, but my SL said the boot slippers are really comfy and a big seller. People have seen her wearing them in her home and are buying them.

So the next big thing after the flip flops, hey?

What a fab OH,:T, mine did say he would come out with me if I needed to in the evenings to be my bodyguard, but I avoid it as much as possible. Plus where I live, some of the customers have lots of steps and it is very hilly, so in winter, with ice and stuff can be a nightmare. Also heading in that direction, DS thinks we are going to the Park!

Does your SL use the sale books at all, then? - I suppose they could be useful for recanvassing?
