Hi All, just had 2 bundles of catalouge 17 dropped off to me. How do you find out each month when the next order will be delivered?

when you are logged onto the website - go to your account I think it is and then there is a list there of the order deadline & delivery dates for the next few campaigns x

Must remember to update my sig - was on holiday last camp and luckily MIL sorted the delivery & delivered to customers for me & OH

She even enjoyed it so much that she's wanting to become a rep herself - if I can get her territory not in her own village and not in a rough area!!! Luckily I get on with the asm that covers her area so hopefully might manage it!!!

Ok quick question, how do you request an immediate replacement when something is out of stock?

Was wondering where you had gone as I hadn't seen you on here for a while!

I am hoping to find someone that can do my deliveries when I go on hols in December. Signed someone in on Saturday that might be able to do it but I will see first if she sticks to it and how she does before asking:rolleyes:

I don't think you can Julie, best thing to do is to email Avon Customer Service through the website and ask them if it is possible to get an immediate replacement and how long it will take.
