I am so sad, just found Vistaprint on twitter...
  • As I should achieve PC in C17, can I ask a few really silly questions

Once you are a member, how long does that membership last (not my first year as a rep, so not Associate)

Secondly, what are Star points all about, and what can you buy with them? Perhaps they're like Green Shield Stamps (for those too young to remember them, they were the forerunner of loyalty cards, and you needed about 2 million to buy an egg whisk :D)

Is it mainly about prestige, or are there any real benefits (I know about the cheaper brochures, but only buy 17 packs so won't benefit very much)?

I'm sure there is someone on here much more clued up than I am......wouldn't be difficult

there was something in one of the HT's about the star points and what you earn with them.

have to go now to do deliveries, will have a look, if I find, will post x
  • Please could anybody give me an idea of how declaring the avon as a 2nd job will affect me tax wise, at the moment I work around 25 hours a week and earn £12500 a year, would it be pointless to carry on with the avon f I have to declare the tax, and how do I go about doing this.
    Thanks
  • Thanks for a fab answer Aureol.

I'm probably being really dim, but I'm still not clear when your membership lapses :o Is it the following year at the end of the campaign before the one you qualified in? At the end of C18 the following year, if you don't re-qualify? It surely can't be at the end of the current year, or there would be no members before about April/May time :p

I have no hope of getting above Bronze anyway - not least because I don't want that much hard work :D, so I think my only benefits will be the UK service line and posssibly the website (is it any good?)

Just bear with me on this one - put it down to my age (well, everything else gets put down to that :rotfl:)

You get them from Bronze, every £2-3k of sales gets you more of them.

It's at the end of C18 the following year if you haven't re-qualified. For Associates, it's at the end of C18 that same year though as by then you'll have had a full year to re-qualify.
