hmm, so you need about 27 packs of 15 books. I think I would get 20 packs of one campaign and 10 packs of the next campaign to start with.

For example 20 packs of 15 books for C16 and 10 packs of 15 books for C17. Then when you are ready to place your order for C16, see how many books you have got back, and then order more C17 as appropriate. ie if you got 200 C16 books back, you could put these out to the houses, you haven't already covered, and order another 10 packs of 15 C17 books for the next campaign.

Does this make sense?

I'm thinking of dipping my toe in the Sales Leader waters. Was very excited about doing this before but got let down so much by my Area Manager I gave up.

Now I've got a new Area Manager, and although I'm already a bit wary (she said she didn't receive my email sent a week ago because her Avon mail has a 'spam' filter that she can't get to), I'm giving it another go..

Only thing is I can't remember how it all works.

Am I right in thinking - you need 3 sign-ups to get trained. One where you watch, one where you both do it together, one where you do it while being watched.
After that you're still a Trainee Sales Leader, until you've got 5 reps under your belt, then you're a fully fledged Sales Leader, and can start earning commission (as long as your reps are earning enough).

Is that correct?

I really messed up my order this campaign and I have had to add an additional order. Can anyone tell me how long they take to be delivered?

I had to do an additional order yesterday but only a day after the usual one and the guy said it would hopefully come with the main one (fingers crossed) I think he said 'about a week' to me though usually...


I am sure someone else will be along soon though with a definite answer....

I had to an additional order for my last campaign (on Friday last week) and it should be here today or tomorrow - so a week is the approx delivery time

Hi,

I have advertised on Workmoose....you are allowed three free credits which will allow you to post three basic job ads..... I have had three leads come back from this all have gone nowhere.

Can someone give me some advice or an idea on what I should do on the next campaign (16). ...... my delivery arrives on friday 23rd Oct...now it usually arrives about 9/9.30 and then I usually manage to delivery some orders in the afternoon.... but on the Saturday morning we are off on our holidays in our caravan (so need to pack and sort that out too).... we come back on thursday afternoon of the following week...... I would not have the time to delivery all my orders as some are at my OH work.... should I put the delivery date for some customers as the following friday (30th)..... I then have the problems of my C17 books as this I feel will be a good campaign due to being nearer christmas etc.,... Any help/advice would be most grateful.

Pinkbabe, I think what I would do is prioritise the earlier deliveries to customers that you can leave the c17 with for longer and maybe your best customers and deliver those ones before your holiday and then leave your dh work and some others that you think you would leave a book with for less time till you are back, so therefore put your delivery date in accordingly...

Don't know if thats possible or even makes sense!

Kind of understand....... don't want to bombard the customers with two books so close together and don't want to loose sales in either campaign.

pinkbabe, put the delivery date of products as the following week, the friday as you have written in your post, could you give all your customers without the orders, the books, except the ones at DH's work?

Don't forget you can still backorder on C17, so even if you don't get to give all your customers the book for the same delivery date, then can order the month after.

Does this make sense?

Honestly, you would think after 2 years I'd be used to it by now, so WHY does it take me about half an hour to commit to clicking the 'Send your order to Avon', button
