I really like the perfume and was going to try and promote it over the next few campaigns as I wouldn't mind an Ipod shuffle, am a bit confused how I would get the gold Ipod though? Do I only need to sell 5 bottles to get it for £10.00?
ooh the site is mega slow this morning

As a new rep, you would only need to sell 5 bottles
Level 2: Hit your target to order the iPod shuffle for just £10*
if you've hit your individual targets across Campaign 15,16, 17 , you can order the iPod shuffle for £10. Order your iPod shuffle during Campaign 15, 16, 17 using product number 75481.
*subject to availability, limited stock
In C17, we will check you are still on or above target. If so, the iPod shuffle, subject to availability, will be delivered via post during C17-18 delivery period and the £10 charge will appear on your C18 invoice.
The minimum entry level will be 5 bottles.
If you were not a representative in 2008, you will be given a target of 5 bottles,.

Hi Laura
I received a flyer with my delivery yesterday that listed all this and terms and conditions.
And on my representative information - the one that details about the President's Club and account info and brochure and literature amendments it says
Incentive Information
Introducing the "Scent for Success" Incentive
Sell 5 units of Lacroix Abysnthe for Her across Campaigns 15,16,17 in total to win exclusive vouchers and the opportunity to purchase a Gold iPod shuffle for £10. Or if you sell 20 or more units you will automatically win the Gold iPod for FREE which be delivered during Campaign 17 and 18.
You will be only be charged £10 for purchasing the iPod if you hit your target while stocks last.0 -
Laura, you will probably receive the same information on your next delivery. You have to sell 5 bottles over all 3 campaigns in total.0

Hi,
I am in need of some help. I've been a trainee Sales leader now for a month but still have no reps under me.
My up liner sent me two names of ladies who had shown an interest both end up as time wasters.
She has advised me to join Flissy....i've had two free wks on the site and logged on loads but no leads anywhere near to me.
My upliner did have some leads but they where two hours away and I felt this was too far. I wanbt to be able to offer my team time and support.
My local paper have quoted a silly amount for one night small ad.
I've put out flyers in local area and ads in some nearby supermarkets but had no come back.
What should I do now beginning to feel really down and wondering whether it will be worth it.
ThanksSue :j0 -

Hi Sue
I have just joined as a trainee sales leader. My SL - upliner bought some leads for me from Flissys and when she called them to arrange appointments, they said they hadn't applied for Avon.
I put an advert on netmums, my local one, but it does cost. You could put an advert on gumtree, but if you don't pay to advertise on there, your advert does tend to get swallowed a little by the paying advertisers.
Have you got any expired books? My upliner told me to keep my expired books and order the expired book, want to be a rep? stickers, and you put them through people's doors. Probably best not to do on your territory, maybe a little further away, and hopefully someone will be interested and serious and get in touch.
Are there any mums and babes clubs, nurseries, schools near you? if so, take a few expires books along, and with the permission of the person running the club, nursery, give them to a few Mums, see if you can get them interested in signing up. Visit the mums at the school gates and do the same.
Ask your friends and family if any of them want to do Avon, or if they know anyone that might be interested.
Do any of your customers have friends or family that might be interested in joining up? Ask them, and maybe offer an incentive, if they introduce someone who signs up and stays signed up.0 -
Well done Sam. My first ever order was for £30....lol.0

Well what a nightmare I have had this morning!! called Avon to see if they could sort out my mistake on ordering (ordered c14 and c15 as separate instead of together) and was told nothing they could do, couldn't cancel c14 at all so in the end I said can I add my brochure items onto my c15 order then when I receive c14 I will return them - I had also ordered lots of HT from C14 including a body spray for 69p that I had an order from c15 at £1.75 so I thought as there was no commision on all that stuff I would just keep that from the c14 order.....anyway was agreed so did that...
went back online to check for any updates and it said c15 prepared c14 Held!! so I called again and the guy said 'oh when you were on you said you wanted to cancel c14 so after you went off the phone we got it agreed so that's what has been done' I wouldn't mind if they had told me!!! so, then I said can I add some more of that order now then to c15 and he said 'no it has gone to billing':mad:
anyways he then agreed to do it as a separate order but not to charge me the £2.50 (fingers crossed) and I am hoping that it might arrive on the same day....
I know it was my mistake in ordering but why say it is 'impossible to cancel an order when it has been confirmed' and then when I have gone off the phone do that anyway!!!!
btw is the orderline a 'call centre abroad' out of interest?
anyway I am really hoping now that it all comes through ok as I would hate to let down my new customers
That absynthe offer sounds good, I hope I get something through, have ordered 3 on the moneymaker and lots of samples, so will just need to try to sell them,, I might actually buy some myself for pressies as I could do with an ipod as a gift...Starting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000 -

Thanks for your reply.... I'm a little nervous about going into a mums and babies group. Will try the hairdressers. I do have some old books so I think I'll do a drop of them and see what happens. Have you put an ad in paper...... not sure whether to or not don't want to loose money...as it is so tight at the moment. My up liner hasn't actually seen me since she signed me up as she lives about two and a half hours drive away...so really feel on my own.Sue :j0
