I actually never call any of the Avon numbers, I always contact them by email. and so does my SL.

I think the orderline and Fasttrak are in India.

But when you are a SL, you get the english callcentres.

And I am not discriminating in anyway. Am of Indian origin myself.

I think with call centres sometimes I just feel like they don't really know what the flippin eck you are talking about, in the end though hopefully all sorted out...

Well I have just received a call from my area manager and she is coming to se me on Monday so hopefully all will go well and I can start delivering my first lot of cats.

If this is what it is going to be like on the lead up to Xmas then I am not impressed. I took over from a lady who did my area for 16 years. A young girl took it on for a few months before me but gave it up. Customers have been moaning about non delivery or items coming late and I have had a lot of bridges to build and have to prove my self to be reliable. Anyway I have been waiting for my first delivery today all 27 boxes of it. Rang to find out when they would be here as I need to pick up from school and they are not coming today. Lorry was late this morning and they are 3-4 hours late. FANTASTIC !!!! I am away on holiday next week and have lots of things organised like doctors appointments hairdressers etc. The majority of my ladies were due for delivery this morning or this evening. Wednesday people being the ones who ordered the most. I had arranged to do them tomorrow but now with the delivery not coming till tomorrow I am going to lose tomorrow as well. God knows when I am going to get it delivered. I have a life and children . Now feel like the other young girl who has been getting stick for non delivery etc MAYBE it really wasn't her fault. Sorry to have a moan but I am seriously hacked off as I also have a fund raiser on Sat so can't even catch up then.
