You can only claim a credit with 90 days, perhaps you're too late.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Ok am hoping someone can help. I had a customer buy a ring that is too big so wanted a replacement. I made a mistake and processed a credit instead of a replacement and it's not in either of the campaigns that I am able to order from. Is there anything I can do?0

i went into credits and view all invoices-then put the two codes into the box and they came up0 -
Thanks echo again for letting me know how to do this. I searched with the product number after looking at invoice 9 and both came up with the ability to return them. Pretty glad as it's £47.50, so that means I am £47.50 richer than I thought:j Thanks a lot!!!Avon Rep

Is there a way to add to an already submitted order without incurring an extra charge?0

LOL no it's me who didn't read it properly
It says 'order in C15' (and presumably back order in C16).
You can only order 1 of each product, so I assume that the prices are effectively demo, not that it makes it clear.
BTW, does anyone know how the 'kiss-chase' thing is going to work in C16? Customers have to say how many kiss logos there are in the book to have a chance to win a lipstick. Frankly, not sure i'd bother counting for that'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Hi panambi
Have you paid Avon for your previous order? and did you deduct the returns from the order? If you did, the £119.35 is probably the total cost of your returns.
Hi, thanks for that. Yes I paid for the last invoice (my orders are always between £700-£800 so my invoice was over £500) and I remember that the returns were over £100. Must be that so hopefully the order will go through tomorrow. Am standing at about £800 again for C14:TLBM 31/01/2009: £19,422
