The closest spa treatment place for me is only offering a mini manicure! The hair place is miles away from me. We called up Haven and they would only offer 15% discount

  • I have another question about the money maker products. I ordered the money maker Anew gold emulsion creams. I totally forgot about these and checked just now and noticed I had been charged for them on my campaign 11 invoice. The amount comes to £47.50 and I can't believe I paid that and didn't notice. I didn't sell any of them, how do I return them?

  • Haven't been on in a while. Avon is ticking along but only have 9 customers from territory. Will order more books and re canvas area ready for christmas using a few incentives.

One question, when offering a free gift with set order amount do you state what the free gift will be or advise that at your discretion? (sorry about the spelling)

can you remember the places for the haircut / spa treatments?

you get your hair cut at a branch of the hair group and i haven't a clue for the spa treatments cos you only find out what's available when you put your postcode/town in

i bought the minimum amount of 3 ( get 1 free) and i only sold 1 so i applied for credits yesterday.you'll need C9 invoice-where there are 2 codes ( 1 for the freebie and 1 for the charged ones).took me bloody ages and when i'd done it i saw that although i'd put 2 down there was only a credit for 1.i emailed them and all they said was ''On checking your account, I can confirm a credit is showing for the product in question. The credit for the product will show on your next invoice''.waste of time

I know some people might say "get a free shampoo (or whatever) when you spend x amount....I personally don't....that way I can see what I have in already that I think they would like, and how much they have spent - like if it is spend £10 or more get a free gift, and have one customer who has spent just the £10, but another that may have spent £30 - I would give them a bigger present (unless it was one of my customers who never normally spends above £2 lol then I'd give them a better present to encourage to spend more normally)...I guess what I'm trying to say is - use your discretion, see what they spend, what the customer is like and what you can get on offer!

  • Likewise! I say 'spend £20 or more and get a mystery gift'. If anyone asks, i just say it's a mystery to me until i have a rummage in my goodies box :D

I choose the gift according to the amound spent and wrap it in tissue paper to make it look a bit more 'gift-like'.

Haven't got my incentive vouchers either - rung up and they're posting them. I was hoping they would be transferrable so that i could use them as draw prizes.......anyone know?
