  • Johanne - I'm delighted (as you must be) that Avon have dealt with your problem so well. For goodness sake girl, don't feel bad that he's being disciplined - it won't be half as bad as he made you feel, and you may stop someone else from having the same problem. Look on it as doing him a favour, as he could end up on the wrong end of a right hook from a jealous OH if he continues the same way ;)

Nixnax - Brilliant, well done  Don't worry about the famous yellow dots - i've never had one turn into a red cross yet!

Winsones - yes, demos can only be ordered for the current campaign and one previous, exactly the same as normal products. You can only order one of each size/colour/fragrance but you can get away with back-ordering on the next campaign to get a second at the same price. Mind you, demo prices aren't quite as cheap as they may first appear, as you obviously don't get any discount.

On that subject, has anyone else looked at the representative discount sheet which came with C14? Some of the offers are quite good, but others want watching as they are not at full price in C16 anyway. I suspect that the prices are effectively 'demo' in that you don't get any discount, so worth taking a good look at each item before you order and comparing with the discounted brochure price ;)

  • Just having a giggle at Avon's FB post which says that the 'In Bloom' perfume is a blend of (a couple of things) and night BLOOMING JASMINE.

Perhaps its the blooming jasmine that makes it smell so awful - gave out nearly 40 samples and haven't sold one bottle, so i suspect my customers agree :p

Elliebee, are you talking about C16? I have a little folded A4 page with discount products?
  • hi all, quick question...

i'm sure someone mentioned on here that it was possible to get DSM details from Flisseys? If I give you a territory number, would someone who is Flisseys registered (I am not as i'm not a SL... yet!)be able to look up the DSM name for me please?
  • DSM name required for area 111 if you are able to look it up on Flisseys - big thanks if you can!

Also, thanks to everyone who has voted / is voting for Alicia - she's still in the top 100 so fingers crossed she can stay there!!

  • received an email from Avon today reminding me that I still owe them £119.35 (order day tomorrow). But online it says balance 0.00

I have done quite a few returns this camp which I will send back with the delivery driver, so maybe thats why I got this email? Has anybody else had this? Just don't want any problems with them dispatching my order - but can't afford to pay the £119 either...:o

    Hi panambi

Have you paid Avon for your previous order? and did you deduct the returns from the order? If you did, the £119.35 is probably the total cost of your returns.

It is a folded sheet, received with my C14 order and applicable for C16

thanks Elliebee, that will teach me to read things properly. I picked it up and read it, I liked the 2 for £3 items, the foot socks and cream and hand cream and gloves. Thought they would make a nice draw prize, good for xmas, and was going to order them on my C15 campaign.
