    Should think so, Elliebee but the cut and blow dry is a form you have to fill in and send off to the salon. They will then contact you with an appointment.

    TBH, if I won one of these vouchers, it would end up in the recycling bin.

    Hi

    I had my free haircut today, and I use The Hair Group free haircuts every year, so this year, as I had had my free haircut already, the lady said I could apply next year. So I asked if there were any other postcodes in my area as I didn't really like the Salon that always calls me and she said yes and that I could go there for my free haircut as I hadn't had one there. So I did. I love a freebie.

    I will make use of the homebase vouchers and I will look to see what I can do with the beauty voucher.

    And OH and I and DS might make use of the Haven voucher as we can't afford a holiday.

    well ASM rang me today (:eek::eek::eek: shock in itself) to tell me after the incident with my delivery driver the courier company have promised i will always have a different driver from him from now on..... and send their sincere apology's and will be taking the matter seriously and putting him through the disciplinary procedure (:( feel bad about that).... she also told me that she had passed the matter on to HER superior who was fuming about it too and he wants to be kept informed of everything that happens with it and so if i have any problems im to let them know asap :) So yay avon this time :)

    Anyway... the vouchers where POO! I dont shop at homebase as i cant afford to and the nearest one is a 20 min drive away (and i dont drive)... i cant afford a holiday - even a discounted one.... and there are NO hairdressers or spa treatments anywhere in Liverpool!! The nearest places offering them where Manchester or Chester which are both an hours train ride away - so a 2 hour round trip + a £10 ticket for a "free" haircut hmm!!!:rolleyes::confused: So much for us supposedly being put on the map internationally by being European Capital Of Culture last year..!! Avon obviously dont think so!!!:rolleyes::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Good news, johanne. You wont have to spend every 3 weeks worrying about what the guy might say or do if he were to deliver to you again. Nice to see they have taken it seriously, mind you, I don't think the courier companies can afford to upset Avon with the business they put their way.

    Agreed on the vouchers. A discount/cash voucher incentive would have been better received.

    I dont know whats up with my customers!!! I've been attempting to deliver their items for 3 days. The thing is i know they're in :( I've left calling cards with them and nothing. Suppose i'll just have to keep trying

    Thanks echo for letting me know about the money maker products. Found my C9 invoice last night, I take it I have to return them on the handwritten form as it doesn't seem to give me the option to do it on the computer?

    Well I have over 30 items missing from my order!!!:eek: Absolutely fuming! I don't have one customer order that is complete and when I called Avon yesterday she told me I need to wait until today and call tem back so they can start an investigation. So what about my products? I have already disappointed this particular customer last time with the beauty bonus bag not coming, and it hasn't came this time either. I fell embarrassed to tell her it hasn't came again. Plus I am going to have to make double trips to customers, I have no idea when the stuff will come either so I can't even let customers know.

    Totally p'd off, I can't believe they have screwed up so badly. If they did this at Christmas time I would be screaming at them. I want to continue with Avon, as I am excited about doing this at Christmas, but they are getting very slack in their deliveries, every order I have put in has had a problem.

    Hi There,
    My last 2 deliveries have had over 40 items missing! Most of my customers have been ok with it - Although it seems that its usually the free gifts I buy for my customers that are missing so that makes me look doubly bad!
    It is such a pain making double trips to drop off the odd item, Ive still got a boot full of deliveries as Im struggling to catch people in!
    Lets hope what ever problem they seem to be having is sorted out ready for christmas!

  • Hi guys,

    Just a quick update on my 1st week. I now have £121 in orders so far.

    I was given territory last night so I quickly assembled 15 books and order forms together and canvassed the area. I have to collect the books back in on order day. I have put a note in saying that I will be ordering on friday so if they wish to place and order please ensure the books are left out.

    Fingers crossed I should hit the £148 mark in my first week. So happy :-)

    Plus I've also mastered the ordering website, but I have quite a lot of yellow dots next to my orders!

    i have managed to bag myself some goodies 3 items for £1 as the customer didn't take full advantage of her offer.

    All in all so far so good. I'm very optomistic!
