Lozza, thank you so much for actually responding to that rant I was thinking it might be an idea to call avon, but I was just wondering how quickly they could send me the books. I'm worried that my leads might change their mind.

And I didn't even know what a dsm was :P So thanks for that, I'll go find out who the one for that area is

How do I return a product for replacement that was bought 2 campaigns ago? Online only shows my current and previous campaigns, and searching by product number doesn't work either!

My delivery date is Thursday this week and my invoice is 'prepared'. Will that be too late to get a replacement with my Thursday delivery now?

Happy girl - its much easier if you put something in the description box, rather than searching by number or anything, so if its anew rejuvenate you would just put 'anew' in the description box, press search by description then it will bring up every anew item that can be returned or replaced for as far back as you can go.

I am afraid I haven't done a replacement before so not sure if you will get it in time, but if its prepared, probably not.

Don't you just hate it when you're waiting around for your delivery? They're usually so good here, used to get it at 11am on the dot...

yep im still waiting too! Been in all day- just popped to the gym still no sign of the delivery! Sods law that i had a mum from school to deliver to which i was hoping to get done today!

does anyone know if I can pay Avon online, ie by paying them direct into their bank account from mine, instead of by debit card? The new basic account I have set up for Avon money doesn't give me a debit card only a cashcard. But I can pay Avon online from my bank account to theirs.

I have no idea about that sorry, but they do accept solo as I pay by that if the bank would give you a solo card x
