The picture of the bags was the wrong one, they are clear ones but they still aren't resealable.
I quite like them.0 -
I thought that was pretty funny, bring out a bag with a flourish then put an add on on your invoice that says they're not as picture but clear!!
My C1 delivery date is 12/12. This means I will miss out C2 (2wk turnaround) and put out C2&3 together (another 2 weeker). They lower the minimum order for full discount in the first 3 brochures or so next year which really helps as folks use up their Christmas pressies. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Received my latest order and am missing one of the free products that was on offer for buying a face powder.
Is on the statement though.
How do I get avon to send missing product as before when this has happened and Ive filled in relevant form......Ive never been forwarded the product required>
I never know what to say to customer.........give the product cheaper than stated? Or wait to see if missing product comes.

right, erm this is gonna sound really silly... but my delivery driver propositoned me this morning. Sounds funny and flattering but its really upset me
I thought he was just being his usual chatty self and making conversation, he asked why i was quiet today and i just said i was tired as the baby had kept me up in the night and without thinking i said something like " id planned an early night knowing id have to be up for my delivery.. but then the baby didnt stay at her dads like planned so that went to pot!" and i laughed but his attitude suddenly changed, started questioning whether i was single then and saying he didnt know why as i was pretty girl, then asking if i went out much etc and talking bout how it was sad that most fellas wouldnt be interested in single mums etc... thought he was just being a lonely old nosey man if im honest!:o
But suddenly he started saying he say a lot of sights in his job including the "fat ugly" girls in towels answering the door but he wouldnt mind me doing that at all and ex was an idiot for leaving such a fit looking girl and that he'd fancied me from day he'd first seen me... and that i should give him my phone number so we could meet up without his wife knowing!! And when i was saying he shouldnt say things like that as it was wrong, and plus he had a wife and a son (who apparently is only 2 years younger than me).. he said that it didnt matter .... afterall its about experiance and he had plenty of it! And as hes not from liverpool he even said "what the wife doesnt know wont hurt her" and "what happens in liverpool stays in liverpool" .......
At NO point did i lead him on or say anything to give him the impression id be remotely interested... infact i was trying to get him to leave my doorstep telling him he should go etc and that he shouldnt be saying these things. Hes old enough to be my dad and even if he wasnt i dont appreciate being propositioned on my front door step! Hes really upset me and scared me to be honest... specially how he only started all of it when he found out i was on my own.... (my ex used to get my delivery in sometimes)
For the past year i honestly just thought he was a lovely friendly driver...now im scared about opening my door next time!Dont know what to do.. do i report him to avon or the courier he works for? What if he only gets a telling off and then i have to face him every 3 weeks and he knows i reported him??? But then again if he gets more than a telling off .. well he knows where i live!! Whats stopping he coming round and turning nasty... specially knowing im in alone
I feel soooooooo stupid for making the flippant remark about the baby having supposed to have been at her dads.... I shouldnt have let him know i was alone...
I honestly didnt think as hes always been so nice!
Really dont know what to do at all??!!Massive part of me says report him...... but im scared of the repercussions (sp?)
Gutted as its spoilt my day and i was really excited as made Presidents club Associate this past campaign so was feeling really pleased with myself this morning. Now its spoilt0 -
OMG Johanne that's awful!! I would report him to Avon and the courier company and make it clear to them that you do not want him delivering to you in future if he keeps his job. Tbh I think it is unlikely that there will be any repercussions, and if there is don't worry, the law is on your side. ((Hugs)) babe, I really feel for you.
I got my order this morning and when I placed it I had on there a shower gel from HT. When the order went through it said OOS so I wasn't surprised that it wasn't in any of the boxes but I have been charged for it. Do I call Avon or just take that amount off the invoice?0 -
I got thew new Avon calling cards and they have changed. It says come to collect your brochure or deliver your delivery, which is a lot better than last time and there are tick boxes for what day you will come back.0

how many of you have had missing items from your order that aren't even on invoice? happens to me on a regular basis and this week was murder for missing items that were/weren't on invoice or had leaked.took me ages to check and double check everything :mad:0

Hi Johanne,
OMG! Are you ok?
In my opinion you should report him to both Avon & the courier company - I know it is easy to make flippant remarks but in no way does that give him the right to treat you like that!
You should be able to feel safe within your own home, insist that the is dealt with! What if it is something he does on a regular basis - The courier company might just be waiting for another complaint to get rid of him!
Do you have a good relationship with your ASM? She may be able to speak to someone at H/O & arrange a different company/driver for your delivery?
Have you got a brother/male friend that could come round on delivery day?
Dont let that dirty old perv get to you!
Well done for reaching PC Associate!:beer:Avon C11 £751.22! C12 £722.42! C13 £651.93! C14 £1180.37:j0
