i would hope they would even if she tells them she was mugged as they would want a crime number to confirm it with the police, plus why carry that much with you even when im collecting my money in i never carry lots of cash so i spread out the days i collect so i dont. If she moves house and doesnt tell them id have thought they wont be able to unless she wanted to carry on with it.

I shall inform them of her new address

Haven't been on in a while, Avon isn't doing too well and am getting a bit fed up if I'm honest! How is everyone else going?

Anyway I wondered if anyone would have any info on a couple of products? A potential customer showed me two Avon products called Be Bronze, one a self tanning mousse and the other a face tanning cream. She swears they are the best products she has used and wondered if Avon still stock them? She reckons they are about 3-4 months old, but I have never seen them. Packaging is a bronze colour and she is looking for medium to dark skin tones. Anyone know where I can get my hands on them?

    Thanks ladies

There's some on ebay, just type in avon be bronze.

The dates are strange aren't they because I still have 13 days to submit my campaign 13 order :) Planning on collecting my books up and putting out to remaining houses tomorrow.
  • Thank you so much Melvis. It arrived today, and will pop it to my customer tomorrow xx

I have another question now - 2 friends of mine are expecting babies, and I would like to give them a little treat each from Avon. One in particular, is very sceptical of Avon, and it would be really good if i could give her something which might make her think more positively of Avon

As Avon don't do a baby range, does anyone have any ideas what I could buy them? Was thinking of spending £3-£5 each

I had a bit of an MSE moment today. I have combination skin, and my t zone is very greasy! I get nagged for not wearing moisturiser, and usually advised to use the Guinot Mattzone which is about £40. However, just realised Clearskin have the same idea for £2!! woohoo! Another little goody for me in my next order hehe

How about some of the solutions body creams, I'm sure there is one for stretch marks - could be useful with them being pregnant! Or if you were thinking for after the birth maybe a few bits to pamper herself with out of the 99p - the mint footworks products, naturals strawberry face mask, bubble bath, the £1.99 planet spa bits perhaps?

Lol had to share this with you guys - on Monday I was checking the orders, and oh was missing a £20!!! watch from his delivery - not happy! So, after requesting an immediate replacement like normal when these things happen, decided I'd had enough - I understand about how errors happen in packing, but the last 2 campaigns it has been really expensive things that have been missing, nothing that is 99p lol! So - emailed them a complain, saying how might be short paying balance as obviously customer wouldn't pay until received item, how it makes us & avon look bad, and how immediate replacements should be sent quickly, and sent first class - not second class the week after like they keep doing!
Funnily enough - the watch turned up in the post this morning lol! wink.png So complaining obviously worked - unless they are just desperate to make sure oh can pay his balance on time pmsl!

  • Hi Guys,

Just got some In Bloom samples (lovin it by the way!) and wondered if anyone has any sort of template already made up that I could nick to stick them to to tell my customers a little bit about it...? I know that probably sounds dead confusing but i'm no good with making things like that up.

    Thanks so much, FMW x
