We havent been getting any returns barcodes for quite a few invoices now, have they changed the system , we have been using old ones up but only have one left now :(

I actually noticed in my past two delivery's that there has been no barcodes. I'm on my last one now, as one of my customers (and ex rep) orders two of things  seen as im only on my 4th campaign and shes done it again for C13, i have only had one sheet.
I hope they are not going to do it by printing off as i do not own a printer!

On another note, got an email from a ASM saying she was looking after our area, she didnt explain why. I was signed up by my ASM and have only seen her twice, she promised me more territory as she could only give me 3 tiny roads. The majority now have said they no longer wish to recieve brochures, im getting stuck.
I'm guessing she has left so i guess im not getting that territory she promised me

    Sorry for going on :)

    Hi and welcome:D

Can you contact the ASM for your area and see if she can help? If you don't know who the ASM is pm me your postcode and I can find out for you.

Thank you so much for your help, I do know who the Sales Manager is but I dont have any contact details for her, If I call Avon maybe they can help me out with an email for her.

If you know her name, it would be worth trying firstname.lastname@avon.com as that is the format of my ASM's email. If you're wrong it will just get knocked back.

Definately email this new asm back and ask them for territory, explaining you were promised some and tell her how many house you have. There is actually a high turnover of asms in some areaas - so it could be that your previous one has left or has been fired for not hitting targets! Which could explain why there has been no explanation!!!

Hi - its had to say what the money is like and whether it is worth it tbh! As it depends on how much time you can devote to it, and what you actually want to get out of it. You have to have 5 reps placing orders before you can earn, and you can earn up to 3 generations down the line - ie once you have a team of reps, one of those might become a SL - and you will earn from her teams sales etc. So good in the long run - which is what I'm looking for, earnt hardly anything from it so far - but I'm hoping that in 5/6 years when I start a family I will be able to go part-time at work as the avon earnings will top up the rest, in theory at least lol!

You can get some bonuses which is good - £30 for getting 3 reps in your first 2 campaigns as a SL, and another £50 for getting 5 within your first 3 campaigns. If you already know some people who might be interested then it does make it a lot easier - I only had my oh lol to sign up so progress has been slow, especially with working full time and it being shifts it makes things a lot more difficult! Something to bear in mind, is that you can easily get out of pocket for books - if someone doesn't place a first order of at least £78 then you won't be refunded the cost of the 40 books & appointment pack for signing them up. And obviously if you give them more books then it is at your own cost - avon only refund us for 20 books for the first camp, and 20 books for their second camp, so 40 in total. hth

I know of someone (if you read my other threads you'll figure out who) who has been doing the Avon at home stuff for a while. Single (she claims) mum of two. Anyway's she is moving out of the house that my other half is living at and is having a farewell bash. She owes Avon £400 and her + her trash mates have come up with a plan to tell Avon she was mugged for the takings.
Please tell me Avon will go after her for what she owes?

i would hope they would even if she tells them she was mugged as they would want a crime number to confirm it with the police, plus why carry that much with you even when im collecting my money in i never carry lots of cash so i spread out the days i collect so i dont. If she moves house and doesnt tell them id have thought they wont be able to unless she wanted to carry on with it.
