Karen, you have to wrap it securely, as you would a normal parcel. If you are giving it to your delivery guy I think you still need to register to return online and makes sure you stick a barcode label to the package. Also fill in your returns book

    Thank you Lyndsey

I have went online and clicked replacement and quoted the damaged packaging code. and it is now showing on my order tracking.
How do you register the return online? I can't find a returns option.
I have filled out the returns book and the label for the package.
I will just put it in a carrier bag turned inside out ;)
As I don't do parcels so have no brown paper etc.
    Thanks again hun xx

When you clicked on the 'replacement' option it should give you the opportunity to print a returns form (1 copy for driver & 1 for you). That's all you need to do - personally, I don't bother filling a returns book - not sure if i even have one :p

As i understand it, an Avon carrier bag turned inside out is fine. Used to use the brochure boxes, but it's not an option now, thanks to shrink wrap!

Typical, I used C9 books as a back order book, 2 people ordered the watches and they haven't arrived, which would be ok expect one is for a lady who was missing an item from her last order!!!! Not a happy bunny!!!

Luckily two lovely ladies on Flissys are going to post me spare ones they have, so when they eventually turn up in my next order I shall be putting them on ebay lol to cover the extra cost of postage!!!!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Yeah that is soooo annoying. Now I put my returns in one of the large boxes and twice I've had the delivery guy put a note through telling me off for putting small items in a large box. But Avon do it all the time!!!!!
Leo James arrived 7 days late on 26th August 2011 by emergency CS :j Such a cheeky chappy now :T

OMG look at the weather in Leeds!!! Torrential rain and I am meant to be collecting cats tonight!!!! Lucky it's the last of my C10's so I don't need to re-use them. Hope I can read the orders tho!! Got in from work and soaked through, got changed but it's started really badly again!!!

I'll second that. My order is due tomorrow and only have 2 or 3 orders and they not great.
Only do friends, family, neighbours and my Mums work collegues. I'm seriously going to have to enquire about getting some territory. I don't really do avon to make money but at the moment I'm bearly breaking even and some campaigns even making a loss.
Was never an issue too much before but people just don't seem to have the money this year - times are hard for all

What camp are you on? My C10 was disappointing, think people are saving to go on holiday. I am trying new things to entice people, but am starting to think they either want to buy or they don't. I lost money this camp, not really made much since I started doing it.
