I am sat at home sorting through my first order - yay!!

However I thought that if your order was over £148 and you ordered online that you got free samples. I have no free samples

Also, how rubbish are the paperbags?!?!?! They are just not wide enough.

Apart from that, really enjoying myself

KatieJane you need HOV for the first TWO camps then on your next delivery you get the goodies.

Got home from work to get my order and AGAIN the delivery man has delivered one box short!! It's the one with my invoice in, so I can't even check anything and the box I have got has got my stuff in it and some samples. So annoyed, it's already 3 days late, this doesn't look good for me, my customers will get annoyed. Am getting so peed off with Avon now, why can't they get it right?? Gonna ring the contact centre tomorrow and TRY and explain again what has happened as the depot is now not open until Monday - I am seething!!!!!!

Think I have been ubber lucky
been doing Avon for nearly a year and never once have I had any major issues, I have had stuff missing but it was my stuff so it got added to the next order.
And my delivery guy is fab too, alsways here at roughly the same time on delivery day.
I would be !!!!ed too if it happened regularly :mad:

The first one was spot on, last time was some cats, but this is a WHOLE box and I can't check what I already got cos the invoice is in the other box, I know I can check online...
I don't want my customers getting annoyed - last time one woman needed something for a pressie, it doesn't look good on me. I stress over these sorts of things that are out of my hands, I kow I am being silly!!

So I left for work this morning and as I am leaving my front garden I spot an Avon box randomly in my driveway, in full view. I go to look and it's my missing box - how did it end up there? Not had a chance to check it as I had to go to work.

Lyndsey, that is very strange how your Avon box ended up in your driveway. I am lucky with my delivery driver too, he is usually here at same time, and if I miss him, he delivers to the next street where there is another Avon rep.

Did anyone else get a survey to fill in for avon about deliverys, missing items, and what you think? told them they need to pack the boxes better as stuff leaks onto other items, especially the men's stuff. The tubes and stuff they use seems to be very cheap and doesn't fit well.

I got my first sale in C12, and that was without showing a book. LOL. I bought the storm messenger bag from HT and my childminder noticed me wearing it. She asked about it and asked me to order her one. Tried to sell her the fitflops too but her youngest charge started crying, so will try that one next week.
