I'm glad you got your missing box Lyndsey!

Am wondering if anyone can help - I have bought some samples of clinical eyelift and want to point the customer to the page in the cat. However, I can't seem to find a full page showing the product - only the page where is has loads of other products in rows. Can anyone else see it or is it just not there?

    Thanks

told them they need to pack the boxes better as stuff leaks onto other items, especially the men's stuff. The tubes and stuff they use seems to be very cheap and doesn't fit well.

I agree - I was really shocked at how it was all just chucked in to the boxes! I also had a box with just 2 body mists in which could have easily fitting in to one of the other boxes. My OH's lid of his spray had come off and it had sprayed on the side of the box, but apart from that everything was fine :)

Which book are you on, C11? Will have a look for you!

Just had a look and unfortunately in C11 there isn't a full page showing that item, but if you fold the relevant page then I'm your customers will find it ok!

Thanks Lozza - I'm quite suprised they haven't got details of it in there! Never mind, hopefully the sample will speak for itself!

Hey Welcome to the crazy world of Avon, we're all a friendly bunch really.
The website is always doing that, don't how they haven't sorted it to be more realiable. Usually sorted within an hour or two.

Is it just me, or do all your customers hate being demo'd at too? Whenever I suggest it, they always look a little embarrassed for me :p But really, they're always trying to get me out the door as quickly as possible.

I know, if I had time (and I always go to them in the evening, so they should -have- time) I'd want to play with things, see what they look like, smell like, feel like, etc so I don't understand why they don't want to. Crazy people...

    Hi

I wonder if anyone can help me. I received my order last week but there was a jewellry set missing (although it was on my invoice as being charged for). I have requested an immediate replacement but just wondered if anyone knows how long it will take for it to arrive?

    Thanks

    Kim

Hi Kimbo - it can take 5-10 working days I think. You just have to sit and wait I'm afraid...
