I have a return from a customer. It's the big colour eye pencil. It snapped in her bag, which isn't good!! I have just delivered her next order and taken £5 off total, she is one of my best customers.
I can't find the invoice for the campaign (I must get my paperwork in order!!) and I don't know what the cost is to me. I reached HOV on that order, I can't see it on the website, it only says what items I got and not the cost. Can anyone help please?0 -

You have to go through your ASM as she knows what roads are taken I'm afraid. I'm lucky my ASM is fab and always responds within a day or 2, from the sounds of it a lot of them don't seem to be quick at responding. She may be on holiday??0

I'm glad you found it without tearing out too much of your hair, but did you realise that if you go into the returns section, call up 'all available invoices' you can then do a search. It's best to put the absolute minimum in the search box, ie 'pencil' as too much info just confuses it

thats what i wanna know actually...how long do you usually leave the catalogue with the customer?my asm said to only leave for 2 days...this seems not enough time?0 -
Hi Sammy, welcome and well done on signing up.
I only leave my books 3 days. The reason being in my area, a lot of people don't want them, and they tend to leave them out straight away. So to stop books going missing or being put in the bin, I walk around and anyone that has put them out early, grab them straight away. Some of my regular customers have asked to keep the book longer, but that's fine with me, as i know they will place an order. The longer they have the book, the more they will look at it.0 -
A tip for getting the last dregs out of anything in a soft plastic tube:
Take a tight hold on the flat end of the tube, then flick downwards as hard as you can (hopefully the tube doesn't fly across the room and attack the cat ). Been using my, apparently defunct, facewash that way for the past 10 days.'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Well spoke to soon on my orders
I recieved mine this morning and one of the girls overnight bags the plastic wrapping was all torn  but that would have been fine, except it is all dirty too and the woman who ordered it has spent almost £60
So have had to order and immediate replacement.
Luckily the woman has requested that I don't deliver her order till next week as she doesn't get paid till then.
So hopefully it will be through in time.
For the return, because it came as a single unit ( I had 2 boxes and the 2 overnight bags ) do I just stick on the returns label to the wrapper ( thats left on it )
or do I need to stick it in a bag or something?
I am just going to give it to the guy when he delivers the replacement, unless it comes via royal mail.
Everything else was there thank god :TLife is what you make it;)0
