Was that the purple bag??? If so, did you spend the amount required on make-up on the relevant pages?

If you did then I'm not sure why it isn't showing on your invoice. You will find sometimes that items are missing - but they normally still appear on your invoice!

It sounds like the gold case - I ordered it and got it no problem but that was well before it appeared in the offers bit.

Has anyone noticed the new Apricot & Sunflower products on p133 of C9 cat? One of them says it's a body spray and my customer ordered it but it's come as a room and linen spray... Did I miss a correction somewhere?

I seem to remember that there was a correction mentioned about that item being a room & linen spray rather than a body spray.....you have to wonder who they have typing out books!!!:p

My C10 doesn't seem to be going that well at the moment either. I only have 9 days left and although I still have a lot of cats to collect this evening, I have a feeling that this campaign won't be anywhere as good as my last one! Hoping it's just a slow starter.

I have a question regarding the smart woman mini booklets. When do they go out to customers and how do I order from them? I am on campaign 10 but can order from C9 and C10, I am a bit confused

I got an Antler bag (the gold one) from HT, I love it and will use it for travelling. I think I am going to go for the Purple Antler Glamour Case too, love that it has a hard shell.

Personally, mine aren't going out to customers - Christmas has come early :D You can order in C10 (and presumably, C11). Order in the normal way, but just using the codes from the booklet instead of the brochure ones. I have had a problem with them not showing on my 'view subtotal' but they're on the order page, so I shall hope for the best. Don't forget to order your free nail varnishes

Hope your C10 picks up. It often happens that you're just thinking it's rubbish, then all the last minute orders come in.

My campaign 10 order is not going well either - nobody needs sun cream up in bonny Scotland at the moment - we need gloves!

I had this prob too with the "free" nail polish not showing on the subtotal page.

I phoned Avon and spoke to a very helpfull Indian lady called "Tracey". It took her a while to grasp what I was going on about.

"4 customers" had ordered from the special book and I did not want to miss out on the free nail polishes.

She put those orders in manually and added them to my account ready for submission on Monday.

C10 going ok for me, just a couple of stragglers to chase over the weekend. The suncream has sold well in Leicestereshire.:cheesy::cheesy:

Reading the nail varnish offer again, I came to the conclusion that it was one for every £6, but it's not all clear. When it says 'worth £6' I assume that to be the normal cost of the freebie, but reading the small print, the NV is only £5. :mad:
