I know exactly how you feel, my whole territory has been given to another rep, even though I was given it only 6 months ago.0

Does anyone know how much the Top to Toe pack is that Avon were selling to us reps over the phone?
I've had two delivered with my C7 order yesterday but can't remember how much they will charge me in C9.
Also, can I deduct returns from my tax return that I need to complete?
Regards
Emma
I think the Top to Toe Pack is pretty good value for money. One of my customers orders from campaign 8 included 2 items that are in the Top to Toe Pack so I have made a profit on those already.:j
Sometimes I really struggle with the Moneymakers or the offers that Avon phone you about but think I should manage to sell all of this one.0 -

OH MY GOD, I just typed out a huge response and the site seemed to crash as I posted it, typical. I can't type all that out again:mad:
Anyway, I went to collect my 39 cats, got 31 back with 4 orders:jThank god as I was beginning to think my territory was a bust! I now have a grand total of £119.30 and I still have 8 to collect and I managed to put out another 28 cats this afternoon:T I am so happy, as I was beginning to panic that I wouldn't even meet my first target, let alone the £148, which I think I might just hit. I am really hoping that I get more orders from my territory and I still have another 8 to deliver to on Sunday. I am keeping the other side of my territory for C9 so I can have both on different cats. I had hardly anyone tick the box today to say they weren't interested, plus I had a few women say that although they didn't order this time they really wanted to see the next cat. I also had woman write me a note and say that she hadn't ordered but doesn't want to be taken off the delivery list, which I thought was rather sweet:o
I have one to go back to as she said her mum definitely wanted to order but hadn't filled in the form so I told her I would go back on Sunday when I collect the others in. I haven't even collected the ones from the hairdressers or shop and I know I definitely have at least 2-3 orders still to come in from friends. I also have my own order to put in which I dread, as I have seen loads that I want:rolleyes:
I have a question regarding the Anew Beauty Bag. A customer ordered the facial filler for £20 with code 09167, which appears to be the code at the top of the book for the free beauty bag, she ordered the beauty bag with code 17806, which seems right as it is for the 50+ age range. My mum also ordered the facial filler with code 17400 and the same beauty bag code, so which code is right? I assume the codes on pages 6-7 are right for the bag as you need to order for your age range, so what is with the code at the top of the page then? Sorry if I sound confused, but I totally am:o
I also had a customer order a sample of Little Black Dress as I have put in a note with each cat saying if they would like to try a sample, then just to ask and I would try to supply it with their order free of charge. I am hoping this may encourage customers to try things they really fancy and therefore may get more orders in the future. So far I have had two customers ask for a sample, so at least people aren't taking advantage!
Sorry this has turned into an essay, you should have seen my first post though, that was even longer:rotfl:
Hope you girls are doing well. I only have one week to go, gonna give it a real push this week, would love to meet the £250 target for my LV2 incentive:jAvon Rep

Yay! Sounds like you're doing really well :j
The codes are confusing to say the least, but I've worked out that the code at the top of p3 is for the bonus bag shown in that illustration (ie the 30+ one). Codes for the others are shown on the following page, so the codes you need are 17400 for the filler itself (sounds like it should come from B&Q doesn't it), then the appropriate code from p6-7.
It was probably all worked out by a bloke
PS - just noticed I've 'crossed in the post' with CruelKaren - oh well, you have the answer one way or another!!'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

We've heard from lots of Representatives that a customer loyalty scheme would be a big bonus to your business, just like programmes used by high street stores. Avon's listened to your feedback and for only £10 we're introducing a Loyalty Pack to help you get started with your own programme.
You know your customers and what would excite them about Avon the best, and using our pack and your knowledge will be a winning combination. The pack includes 20 loyalty cards, five 24k gold lipsticks for rewarding customers and a handy guide for getting your programme up and running. Don't forget that you can replenish your range of loyalty gifts from Internet Exclusive Offers when you place your order online. Packs will feature in Hello Tomorrow from Campaign 13.
Just idly clicking around the website, I found this. Could be interesting? What do you think?'Better to ask a silly question than to make a silly mistake' Elliebee's Mum

Thanks Karen and Elliebee, I guess I should have looked at the codes on those pages! I was too tired when I was typing! I really hope I meet the £250 target but I have £130 to go so it is a hard push. However I have one week to go so I will give it my best shot;)
Sounds interesting I would be curious to see what this entails in a couple of campaigns time, once I get some loyal customers.Avon Rep
