Really melvis? I have went round to people that didn't leave the book out about 5 times, even put in a note to say I had been round to collect and could they leave it out for the next day. I have already crossed them off my list to deliver to (some I know were in but just didn't bother to answer) Do you think I should try them again?

Well done panambi too, that will be really good if all those people place orders!!!

I have had 6 new customers this campaign, most of whom didn't leave the book out last time I delivered there but I did skip a campaign due to lack of time so it had been 5/6 weeks since their last book. I'd say it's definitely worth one more try :D

  • Hi Everyone

How are you all? Doing well I hope. Havent been on for a while as been busy.

I have bought 200 book 9's so that I can canvass the whole of my territory as I think it will be a good book and hopefully get loads of orders, especially with the brilliant offer 'spend £10 on makeup and get the watch for £5'. I will be getting a watch I can tell you. I have also had a couple of males tell me there is not a lot for men in the book (they don't order themselves, their other half or daughter does, and they end up paying for it lol), so I told them to take a closer look as they have some aftershaves on offer this time, and the next book is even better, with it being the Father's Day one, so hopefully will get some additional orders from the men this time.

    Anyway will let you know.

See you soon and good luck everyone with all your orders.
  • snowwhite I agree that C9 seems to be a much better book and I am really hoping that people go for the deal with the watch, that's £15 before they buy anything else!!! 200 books, wow, I am stil trying to work out how many books I should order for C9. I only have 20 at the moment but am thinking maybe another 50 for about 90 houses and friends and family?

I really hope I get some orders soon from my territory. I do have the other half of my territory but don't want to give them this campaign as I want to have different sides of the street on different campaigns. It will save me money on cats and also allow me to do a bit more creative ordering!!

I got the watch through HT9 and I am well chuffed with it,

I tend to do 3 campaigns for people who don't leave the book out and 6 campaigns for people who don't order xx
That sounds a good idea think I may do that.

I've got myself into that dilemma... Because a few people have ordered they are on my current brochure, but then because I hadn't got time to do a round last campaign I now have the rest of the round on the back brochure which means I have to remember who's got which brochure... I think once I've started buying more brochures I'm going to have to miss a campaign for some of them to get back in check with it all... Or I'll end up sending the same brochure out twice!!
I know exactly what you mean. I wonder whether to put new customers that are on backorder on to the current brochure. But then you do get mixed up. I just think if you get a new reg customer and they see a newer brochure somewhere they may ask you about it. Then there are the tv ads that advertise way before I am on that book too. Also I think people will see a different book on their neighbours doorstep and be confused. Do I make sense or am I complicating things:eek:.
You wouldn't think I had been doing this for years would you:rotfl::rotfl:.
I only ever delivered to regulars when I had full time job but now recanvassing and have got more houses too.
