Hi, i have a big problem and was looking for some advice about what i should do..

Basically i ordered a £400 order from Avon to have a big party. It didnt happen, so i sent them all back. Thought that was the end of it. Months later they send me a letter saying i have a late payment because i havent paid. But i returned everything, so shouldnt have to..

They're saying that they ahve no record of them collecting it and i dont have any receipt or anything..

I really dont want to have to pay £400 for nothing, is there any way that they could track it? What should i do??

    Thanks

best thing then is fone them and tell them when you sent them back and that you dont do avon any more also get them to check that they havnt recieved them then ask why has it taken them this long to contact you as now you dont do avon you havent got any proof of postage etc might be a glich on there system hth

Does anyone else find themselves with their head in a spin with Avon?
I am currently re-canvassing old territory canvassing new territory then there are my regulars and having 2 books on the go it can get a bit confusing sometimes:confused: I write everything down, have 2 blue calling books but Im getting a headache tonight. I will be glad when I am just delivering to those that want a book but it takes time doesn't it? How many times do you give people a book who don't order before you cross them off? And what about those you never get book back from:rolleyes:

Well done, Lyndsey!!! :T It's exciting when you see the orders, isn't it? Fingers crossed for more orders tomorrow. I collected 20 books in total today (half of what I put out) with 4 orders but 5 people said they wanted to order but had not written it out yet, could I come back tomorrow so fingers crossed they will have done it by then.

I tend to do 3 campaigns for people who don't leave the book out and 6 campaigns for people who don't order xx

I've got myself into that dilemma... Because a few people have ordered they are on my current brochure, but then because I hadn't got time to do a round last campaign I now have the rest of the round on the back brochure which means I have to remember who's got which brochure... I think once I've started buying more brochures I'm going to have to miss a campaign for some of them to get back in check with it all... Or I'll end up sending the same brochure out twice!!
  • Really melvis? I have went round to people that didn't leave the book out about 5 times, even put in a note to say I had been round to collect and could they leave it out for the next day. I have already crossed them off my list to deliver to (some I know were in but just didn't bother to answer) Do you think I should try them again?

Well done panambi too, that will be really good if all those people place orders!!!
